Meditation, Thoughts, & ‘Inside Our Head’ Goings On…

Are you verbalizing every thought? Or you choose which of your thoughts to put your voice to, or to ‘activate’ or ‘bring into reality’?

Before we have mind discipline, and can turn our mind on and off at will, our thoughts move along a ‘conveyor belt’ in between our subconscious and conscious ability.

Every single trigger, of anything past or present ever experienced, will toss thoughts onto this ‘conveyor belt’.   Our mind is simply the ‘foyer’ – or our access –  to this ‘constant thought belt’.

This is our design, and it is so we have opportunity to operate at our maximum efficiency, in our untrained or undisciplined state, and be made aware of anything we need in any given surroundings or situation.

When we can operate, so that we use our mind only when we need to, are we really are at our maximum efficiency. Then we are free to experience all the many other aspects of ourselves that are completely blocked out by this thought phenomena.

The energy that it takes us to produce constant thoughts, is a large amount of our total, and it is unnecessary.

When we are able to hold a state that is in between thoughts. when our mind is turned ‘off’ and in a stasis til we activate it again by consciously deciding to access data from ourselves, we can totally trust that WE WILL RECEIVE RELEVANT INFORMATION WHEN WE NEED TO KNOW IT.

THIS IS THE TRUE MEANING OF FAITH. All our religious texts speak of faith, and it is our faith that ‘we will know what we need to know, when we need to know it’, that they are actually referring to , whether they know it or not!!! Most likely they don’t.

Sure it can feel like you are in a row-boat and you are pushing away from a bank without an oar, as you attempt to turn off your thoughts. It can feel scary and unknown and it does require courage. There is nothing about self-mastery that is flimsy or wishy-washy. 😉

The practice of learning internal discipline of our mind or thoughts, is what is referred to by ‘mediation’.

Any attempt at meditating at all, is of benefit and does not go unrewarded. Before long you WILL notice other aspects of your life improved, long before you have thought mastery.

It ‘sharpens’ you up. It assists in your receipt of your own senses. I was completely blown away when I experienced a zoom lens ability with my eye-sight receipt, and I wish everyone could receive music as I do, and feel what I can feel. It is just like a physical muscle “work out” only you are exercising yourself ‘inside’ your conceptual awareness of yourself.

DOOOOOO IT! You will not be sorry! 🙂

*  Meditate more easily with this tip:

When you shut your eyes always allow your eyes to roll upward to find their resting place. Take them as far upward as they will comfortably go, and hold.

Eyes just covered with an eyelid, remain ready and waiting to jump into action, making it much harder to distract yourself from ‘physical world’ activities.

Blessings – Amelia
