Bliss? What is that really?

Whether we know it or not, it is bliss that we seek…in all things. But what is bliss?

There is no harm in any personal interpretations you give to this word as the highest form of ‘niceness’ yet experienced, as long as you give it an evolving allowance. 😉 because it will.

Bliss in its highest form is a feeling of love, warmth, ultimate joy and complete peace ALL AT ONCE. 🙂

It is as a thick, heavy deep love ‘soup’ we feel we float in, a warmth that is all permeating, as a physical feeling especially to our heart, and a peace that is so powerful it transgresses into exhilaration. I could not believe it at first…I still marvel at it. and I think we are meant to. 😉 I mean how can it truly be ‘bliss’ otherwise, if we humans can get bored with it? 😉 It is a dumbfounding, overwhelming, optimal feeling, every time. 🙂

In that space where we are healed from all our ‘shadows’ or past issues or problems or memories, that find us in our space between our thoughts, we will feel bliss.

It is our pinnacle of meditative space, within which we can ask for guidance, assess our lives, or just ‘float’ in it this glorious feeling.

It is the space we can access when we ascend, journeying through all the portals, and there we see as well as feel and float in its warmth.

Bliss is attainable by all of us, and we know it subconsciously and why we go to so many different lengths/ pursuits & mediums to try to feel it through alcohol or other drugs.

The cheapest and most assured way to have it in your kit – available for you at anytime – is to find and make friends with your thought-less space.  Don’t be afraid of it.  It is just you. 😉   It is in this space between our thoughts where we present ourselves with our next inner stuff to be dealt with/healed.  Where else do we have for this inner work-shopping, except the space between our thoughts?

Managing our self by clearing out what is here regularly, provides the ‘parking space’ for bliss.  When we have attained bliss, we can then do our internal ‘housekeeping’ from this place.

The purpose of bliss is to recharge us, rest and reboot us, 😉  It is our natural docking station. 😉  the place we want to Be. 🙂

What Is It Like To Be A Human Who Is ‘Present’?

Also ‘fully Present’ / ‘having Presence’ / ‘Being in the Present moment”/ ‘In the here and now’ / ‘in the NOW’.

What is this like? My best description is a list, as I realize it can be difficult to imagine for those who have not yet attained it, and can have little or some idea only of what all the fuss is about! 😉  It sure is the place to Be!

I have put everything I could think of that may help, some word definitions overlap, but some may trigger in some of you that others do not, so I include them. Also I include some maintenance thereof, assisting tips.  I personally like to do zero negativity also, for all the extra benefits that gives Life, the Universe and Everything!

🙂  So, to Be present is :

Being in a state of : ~-

-Joyful acceptance of ‘what is’ and therefore:
*No expectations.
*No ‘judgement’ –  i.e critical analysis and comments
– Being in this moment.  Not entertaining any thoughts from another time – past or future. Having no undisciplined thoughts from a previous event,  guilt & blame from past events,  worry & anxiety about future happenings. Just fully in this NOW moment.

-Knowing everything is happening for a reason.

-Showing up, doing your best.

-Living your best life, as you are now, and in order to become the best version of yourself.

-Altruism /good intent for all.

-Self caretaking – taking responsibility that you are the manager of all your cells, thoughts and feelings, knowing you control them, not vice versa.
-‘Reading’ or observing/monitoring yourself.
-Knowing HOW you receive is your own thing, as everything around you is a reflection of yourself. Knowing your stimulus goes through the filters you have up within you – or not – from your life experience that are cleared – or not – and they will influence how you interpret and receive, according to your state/standard of management.

-Integrity / truth – what you say IS what you attend to, and your Self, your contacts and connections, your spirit guides, and the Universe knows you are reliably so.

-Feeling wide awake, fresh, alive and vibrant.
-Feeling.   Fully switched ‘on’.  Colours become brighter, eyesight has greater depth, hearing is sharper, music appreciation becomes incredible, sexual pleasure ecstatic – all senses are heightened as nothing competes now, as all those extraneous consumers of our energy puling us in every direction are no longer there.  We are literally and very really, putting all we have available to us in our life, solely into that moment.

Feeling less inclined to occupy yourself with many activities you undertook/enjoyed when you had not achieved Presence.

Noticing all the changes/improvements in your sensitivities, conscious development and body functioning, as you spend more time in Absolute Presence.

Feeling protective of this state of Being for all your experience when in ‘it’. 😉

Feeling an aversion to needing to leave ‘it’ without an important reason, including a disinterest in answering questions of others, if not welcomed or urgent, are unimportant, or nonsensical.   To do so, to need to re-enter your mind for any reason, noticeable affects the quality of what you can receive, through all your senses.

Knowing and anticipating the arrival of messages and knowings into your available ‘thoughtless space’, from all aspects of yourself and all else you have activated.  Remember Spirit World IS thought world, and the place we receive instruction/information from all our available guidance into, nearly always IS our thought space.

Understanding your ‘job’ is to learn lessons, develop your Self, advance your soul and attain wisdom.  As we evolve through our Life and Universe experience, it all just gets better and better!   And, that there is no end to our path of growth. 🙂

Are Your Thoughts Serving You?

That is their job you know. 😉 Probably no one has told you or ‘taught you’ in a regularly acceptable place for this, such as a school……yet.

A thought’s purpose is to inform us. Our requirement is that we ‘read’ them, and take action accordingly, so that they can naturally leave us.

A recurring thought is reminding of something that needs attention.

Take your commanding role of your thoughts, as is your birthright.

Self mastery is all that is required, as you learn of yourself and of how to be an effective human, as is your design.

Ask each thought as it arises ‘What can I learn from you?’ or ‘What do I still need to do?’
Then do it, or if it is not appropriate at that time if you are at work/study/in bed/somewhere else, make a note of what you will do.

Then, let the thought go. Be commanding. Be assertive. Be the manager/mistress of all your cells AS IS YOUR DESIGN.
You can say out loud :thank you, and I let you go, as that is all I need. or then just “Let it go” when you become more practiced.

If it recurs one more time, ask your Self again :  “What do I need to learn from this? What do I need to do?”  only because you are learning and may have missed something.

When you use the thought as is its role, when you take command and take action, or note it down for later,  IT CAN LEAVE you.

However, your Self does need to be able to trust your Self. Your human abilities require you to follow through, as they function ‘on automatic’ to best serve you in your current state.

Taking control of all aspects of yourself requires Integrity, or Being Of Your Word.

If you are not able to trust your Self – or haven’t trained yourself, your Guides and the Universe – to be able to rely on you yet, your thoughts are serving you better if they continue to come to you repeatedly when you have a quiet moment to notice them.  This is your default setting.

If there is no change to this in place yet, how do they know if you may – or may not – do anything with them?

Their job is to inform and they can only do their ‘roll along on that conveyor belt of the mind’ thang, 😉 until you have mastered it otherwise!

When we control our thoughts we allow space for all else that we are, and YOU WILL be totally mind blown! 😀

I cannot emphasize or rave enough about the incredible life improvements that are brought with thought control! 🙂

Life Enhancing Top 3 Tips.

Life enhancing comes from thought control.

When you are in the place between your thoughts, and just ‘being’, all your energy goes into receiving life at that moment.  Eyesight, hearing, touch, taste and smell senses, all skyrocket! The more time spent in that place only makes them more sensitive still. 

 The word ‘bionic’ from the Bionic Man show starring Lee Majors is how I also relate to what has occurred with my vision!   The term ‘magical’ describes improvements in other senses that are unexplainable with vocabulary and understanding from my first human anatomy training.

Any touch or sexual pleasure is heightened to an unbelievable degree, as all sensory receptivity allows it to be.

In the place without thoughts, is where you also meet the other senses awaiting you, or rather you find you just have these abilities from then on, and they also only improve from the more time spent in the non thinking space.

1.  I absolutely encourage everyone to spend time locating a space between thoughts.

It is completely irrelevant in the beginning if there is one yet or not, as what you are doing is making your consciousness identify such a place.   What you are doing is laying the ground work of electrical hard wiring, so that you understand – by association – your own new vocabulary for this.

2. Know it is there.  Do it regularly.  It will be worth it I promise!!!!

Notice everything you can do that does not activate the mind, such as listening, seeing, touching and sensing.  Take to conscious awareness that these do not involve thinking, or the mind.

3.  Know that it is in the being, not the thinking that you meet you.

If you feel fear, sadness or other very strong emotions you know you are SPOT ON in the right place!!  Well done!

These are the feelings awaiting clearance from your being.  These are the accumulation of uncleared/unprocessed energies from past experiences, waiting in front of, and under, the ‘draw-bridge’ of your real true conscious self!

Imagine a castle with a moat around it from tales of old.  A castle with a drawbridge that can be lowered over the moat to allow for entry into a festive celebration inside. 

Your old remnant unexpressed energies fill the moat.  Your courage, and new-found techniques to clear them, are the drawbridge, and your enhanced and freely cleared being, is the party inside!! : )

So what is worry?

Worry is simply an undisciplined thought process.  When thoughts had become undisciplined in enough people, when ‘how to’ control thinking had been neglected to be taught in enough people, there was a cause for a new term to be invented.  A new word, and a new concept, to make believe we all new everything about what was going on, and  “worry” was born.

All it is, is a thought that is recurring.

To cease worrying, it is important to:

a)  discern between a concern and ‘worry’.   Begin to recognise when a thought, is also a ‘concern’.  A thought is still a thought no matter how it causes you to feel, or what messages it brings you, ie happy thought, pleasant thought, troublesome thought.

A  ‘concerning’ thought =  a thought that requires an action that may be unpleasant, or that may have an unpleasant consequence if the action is not carried out.  Or a thought that does not feel good, whether you know why that is, or not yet.  (How to analyse feelings to bring forth thoughts, to lead to actions, which serve to remove a troublesome feeling, will be covered in a later post.)

b) Consult your thoughts in time of your choosing.  Just deciding to do this kickstarts your subconscious and makes the Universe aware of your intent.  Set aside a time each day for ‘careful contemplative thinking time’.  I tend to do this in the morning, consulting with myself the actions of the day ahead, and asking if there is anything that needs to be brought to my attention.  It speeds up and changes as you get more proficient in it, and are then able to concurrently manage – or read –  feelings, til they themselves give you a thought, allowing them to disappear.

I allow time again later in the evening, when I hold a space for aspects of my Self to assess the day, and ask again if there is anything that needs to be brought to my attention.   Rest assured that you will know, what it is that you need to know, when you are able to hold a thoughtless space.  There is nothing that is going to jump up and get you unawares;))

c)  eliminate the word ‘ worry’ from your vocabulary, your knowledge is greater now.  When you are able to control your thoughts, it is very easy to stop worrying as there just is no place for it.  There simply is no context for it.  It becomes a completely ridiculous and pointless activity.   A self defeating ignorant concept.(ignorance;without knowledge)

d) recognize that you need to start the process of this Self Mastery of thought control, and consultation/asking yourself within, for it to begin to work.   It does not show itself to you before, there is nothing holding up a sign or waving at you to begin.;)   It takes an act of your Self to want to start, and I assure you it is waiting for it to happen, and will meet you in your efforts! : )  Baby steps to begin with, is the sure way of success!

e) during time for contemplative thinking time, i) allow for thoughts to present themselves, ii)consciously decide what action you will take on this thought iii) drop it/let it go/move to the next thought/ask for the next thought, that is the next most important thought to come to you.  In the beginning you may feel like someone pretending to conduct an orchestra for the first time, but it will all fall into place.   It is your holding of  the intent, and the  knowing, that it’s going to work, that will make it work.

Recognize that thought control takes time. It takes practise at getting to know your Self and your individual abilities and ways of working.  It takes a usage of the word ‘faith’ in it’s truest sense; a knowing that something will occur….and it will : )

“Don’t worry be happy”  ” Pack up your troubles in your old kit bag and smile, smile, smile…”

Certainly happiness is a choice.  To stop the invention concept called ‘worrying’ is also only a choice!  To your self mastery..!!
