Crying Is Great!!!

Crying is great as it is a wonderful health tool.  It is when we can release negative/bad/old energy from ourselves, in safety from adverse effects.  My attitude to it is pragmatic and without judgment, in recognition that is a naturally useful human thing to do.

It is excellent when we can feel deeply into our emotion, to express as much ‘junk’ energy as possible.  Our crying action prevents our head from suffering too much pressure and heat, than our brain can tolerate.  Our energy rises so that a reaction is made possible – if not unavoidable!   Our throat chakra is for our personal expression – our true expression of who we are – so it makes sense that our energy aims to involve this area of us.  Our head has openings where we can release this energy through our breath and our sound.

If you feel the need to cry, go as deeply into as you can. What other ‘stuff’ from ‘whenever’ can you clear at the same time?  Our release mechanism does not discriminate you see – grief energy, grief sound, grief sound vibration – everything of the equivalent degree of pain that has built up, will release in that given time.

In fact, you cannot be certain that you have released all that issue, but a little bit of another one, with some of that one remaining.  All the more reason to revisit a cry, to get more of it out of you!

If you feel the need to cry at a time that just is not socially convenient, just take a ‘rain check’ and get back to it at a convenient time. It is nice to have complete privacy, or maybe you prefer to do it with a friend who is also releasing at the same time, or perhaps  is in a supporting role for you.

Set aside some time for yourself to cry, and free yourself for this.  Turn off gadgets, put the radio on if you have close neighbors, so you feel less bothered of being overheard.  Set a time frame for your release.  Maybe setting an alarm for your chosen time of 15 minutes, is perfect if kids or partner are due home soon.

Find yourself a comfortable space, and visit within yourself to find the beginnings of that crying feeling.  Remind yourself of the events, go back into the story, as you plan to let it all out.   Feel safe to do so.  Feel empowered to do so.

See if you can reach as deeply into it as before.  Can you make it deeper still, getting a stronger feeling to cry?  Try breathing more deeply, or from a deeper place within you, to allow for a bigger exhale to bring forth more energy from you.

It is old energy needing to leave and we feel for a purpose always.

Never do we feel the need to cry, that it is irrelevant to our energy/us.  And, never is feeling like crying unimportant or wrong.  It is always when we are reading ourselves correctly, that something has caused an energy reaction in our body, that requires attention.

We take time to toilet, to remove waste.  Taking time to cry also removes waste…  Not ‘waste’ as is in it was a ‘waste of a thing to do’ or a ‘waste of time’ to feel, but that now it is in need of being discarded, or given the respect it needs to leave us.

We are allowed in society to take time to toilet, we are even given special spaces and privacy, not to mention some fancy inventions.;)   Not yet so is crying so commonly recognized and accepted, as people themselves are uncomfortable with the way it causes them to feel, so better it just doesn’t happen near them.

Some people still pride themselves on never crying, others fear people who cry easily and too often.  Really our life is about managing ourselves moment to moment, and living as Present in the moment as you can.  Having judgments of past or future cryings is irrelevant to your life.  What is relevant is knowing how to manage your own energy in every moment.

Sure in this day and age crying it is tricky to do anywhere, but also in this day and age we are finding more to make us want to cry.

We are still human beings however, and in no ‘day and age’ do we ever stop needing to know how to manage ourselves.  In every ‘day and age’ we still need to know how to be Human.  Unfortunately we are needing to be reminded how, and this is why I am so passionate about my Being Human Essentials education series.

Tears cool the face. Our head houses the home base of all our nerves and when we feel energy rising at pressure from emotions being activated, and giving us strong reactions, our tears allow us to transition this energy carefully from ourselves.

Sometimes tears are not required, but an open mouth will allow the energy to be released before pressure reaches the head.  Wailing is a brilliant custom that is common at grief gathering events in some cultures.  What a perfect way for people to commune together, supporting one another, for their joint release.  Their combined energy holds a secure space for the optimal amount of grief energy to be released from each participant, maintaining a community in greater health also.

We must be reminded that the English language group – the language I am communicating to you in – is a culture that frowned upon the expression of human feelings.  It was made socially unacceptable historically to react naturally in anyway, to anything, at anytime!;)  This stemmed from ignorance and fear, and then fear that they would seem ignorant!

The reason the English language has spread across our planet so, is due historically to Britain’s efforts to assist her Human health, poverty, and population problems .

It is also the reason our entire planet is now suffering these same problems.  The problem has spread – it was never solved – and it was caused by ignorance of not knowing how to be a Human Being.

Finding time to cry – or just to release the yelling/screaming energy before it rises to your head extremity, is just effective and responsible energetic management that is essential to being a Human Being.

After your ‘cry time’ or your ‘release time’ or your ‘grief management time’, do something celebratory that lifts you an brings your energy to a happy place.

Your energy now does need to re-settle and find it’s new equilibrium as you are now altered.  I can feel a very dramatic difference always and a huge smile spreads across my face as I feel my new lightness.   With closed eyes I can see brilliant white – sometimes  a firey yellow edge to it ‘cracking’ down into me like lightning.

And afterwards…change that radio music to your favorite song and then dance, dance, dance!!!  : )

Marginalized Humans? YES!

People are living seriously marginalised existences from how we are designed to live.  Particularly in what is called ‘Western society’ and within the English language group, and this is contributing significantly to the global ill-health epidemic.

Work, home, T.V, dinner, bed.

Like the hamster and it’s toilet jar, the mouse and it’s wheel, the  rabbit with it’s hutch and outdoor run, we thought we had it right for us.  We thought we also knew what a human being needed for its life.  WE HAD IT WRONG.

Much of our needs were unrecognised due to reliance totally on findings from people and inventions – scientific equipment –  many centuries old.

Leonardo de Vinci had it only partly right.  Yes, our body is very much in structure as he studied and shared brilliantly, but he knew nothing of what we are, that cannot be seen with our eyes.

Charles Darwin, a master of classification, left room to allow for further information/data to come about, openly saying that it may lead to a change in conclusion to his.

These needs – our own human needs – remain unrecognised still, though we update zoo exhibits when we know better…

We have updated all the equipment we use.  We no longer use any of it, except to put it in museums for display purposes, or for teaching exhibits.  Let’s update our needs!;)

Let’s update our knowledge of our Human Life Essentials! : )

(In other writings I go further into discussion of the ill-health condition I am calling ‘chronic deficiency syndrome’, and living a marginalized existence is contributory to this, as is a limited vocabulary.)

Hello everyone it is wonderful to be back.;)   I have needed to take time to rest and recover after a very interesting development of seizures in Hungary where I was unconscious for 4 days, and in hospital for 9 days total.   The whole experience was really good with everything I was able to learn…just allowing for my thinking ability to restore has taken patience, but it gives me so much more to be able to share! : )

What Makes Some Humans Smarter Than Others?

I find the more complex a ‘home’ language, the more intelligent the people.  It is our language ability that distinguishes us as human beings, and then our opposable thumb, giving us the creative ability with our hands to actualize /bring into reality, what we think of.

It is language ability that makes some humans more intelligent than others, and the more languages we know the smarter we get.  The more words we know, the larger capacity that we contain within.

As it is our very intent at thought, that creates the neuron synaptic pathways within our brain, the more we learn,  the larger a framework – or word map  – or’ shelving unit’ for storage;) –  we create inside ourselves.

Our vocabulary becomes the roots of our created reality tree. : )  The more languages we know, we effectively multiply our total neuron capacity.    A language is so much more than words you see…

A language is also the knowing of what to say and when, customs, behaviors, culture, and so on.  Within the ‘shelving unit’ or ‘files’ inside our consciousness, we need make room, for the word of all those things, in another language.

I was very injured on time, which included a head injury resulting in a loss of consciousness.  The neuro-test given me, by a specialist unknown to me, as the one that gave them the best idea of my pre-injury intellect, was one on pronunciation of words.

I was told it did not matter whether I knew the word – or not – just how I chose to pronounce it.  From this, I also gathered  that language ability is the most accurate determiner of intellect used today scientifically.  They were most likely able to determine how wide my word source was, from this test.

In Australia last  year after school results were known, it was documented how much better ‘immigrant’ – or children with English as a second language – performed in the results.  It was the subject of a tv show also.

It was mistakenly believed that it was due to foreign children being better students, or having greater work ethics instilled in them, as to why they were smarter.

Certainly these qualities assist, but they are simply smarter anyway because they know more words, their neuron capacity fills a greater space, than their ‘English-derivitive’, (no second language), fellow students.

Within the same language,  just say two people had the same vocabulary also, it becomes the greater creativity and other learnings undertaken, that then increase brain use and therefore capacity, leading to one being smarter than the other.

Before I studied us, I studied every animal I came across.  I noticed my pets, from mice to dogs, all became smarter the more I trained them.

When I meet someone I like to know their blood lines (heritage) on both side and their ‘home’ language.   I find this the most helpful information to know more of someone, and it has proven reliable and consistent.    I am able to determine how smart/clever they are most likely able to be from their language/no. of languages.

I have known, dated or befriended, all races and many breeds of humans.  It is their vocabulary and language quantity that makes them smarter than the rest.;)

The English language has always been short of words, in comparison with others and has needed to add to its stock of words as it went along through history.

It needed to adopt words from other languages, as those words simply did not exist, within its own language.  This made the people speaking it, therefore, intellectually, not as capable as those whose languages had a greater – or more extended  -vocabulary.

English is one of the more simplistic of all the languages, and why as a second language it becomes easy, as it is so much easier than a ‘home’ language. It also does not fit in well with the other languages, and I go into more detail in other writings.

My mother’s vocabulary was severely limited.  She operated in a very concrete fashion, fixated on what was in front of her.  She had trouble understanding much that was not obvious to her way of thinking.  She had enormous difficulty with abstract thought, and, or perhaps because, she was so regimented.

By this time language had been strictly controlled in English life.  Hard for other language groups to fathom – in English language society – the topics of sex, religion and politics, were not considered appropriate for social conversing: “There are three things you never talk about…” my mother told me.

Also, “social grooming & etiquette” had men and women, or ‘gentlemen and ladies’ given advice of topics of conversation to learn, for society.  For example, a young woman undertaking ‘social grooming  advancement’, may learn a conversation topic such as flower arranging.

Thanks to the above language control measures, speaking had all but been disconnected from any idea of creating a reality for a human existence…;)

My mother’s social life was practically non-existent, had always been limited, and her life very structured and rigid. Her own creativity was severely and chronically stifled.

By contrast my father would take me as a baby to meet with his Hungarian friend.   Conversation would roll, and was like a lullaby to me, and when he wasn’t speaking his home language or singing, he was whistling while he worked.;)

My mother struggled with her vocabulary.  Her conversation – and that is using the term generously;) – was limited to retelling of events in a listed way, retelling of a simple ‘story’, criticizing, and using learned abusive words.  Some of these, most likely she had said to her as a child, and others were clearly military words and orders.

She absolutely was not able to use language to create her reality as she went along in a day, instead using a learned script, that she needed to fit to suit a circumstance.  This is very common of the habit of the English language in England even today.

Later in adulthood she learned to use the word ‘apparently’ and I noticed that it gave her more to do with a sentence.;)

Sure we are a breed, and we contain the biochemistry from our physical parents, and some may be more generous in ‘the matter’ than others, but we can use what we have and make it more so.

I was told a joke in Edinburgh one year when I was there for the Edinburgh Festival:

What do you call someone who knows many languages?  Multilingual.

What do you call someone who knows a couple of languages?

What do you call someone who only knows one language?  English!

I added immediately, due to my familiarity with the shortening/making casual, habit of my birthplace…:

What do you call someone who knows less than one language?  Australian!;)

LOVE your home language, and love your language ability!

If you need to learn English, do so as another language, you are human after all, so no need to make less of yourself when you can be more!  : )

So How Did The Racism Concept Start? What Is It?

In this writing I concentrate on British historical reasoning mostly, but  other countries and language groups have been involved in ‘racist’ perception and activities.   Europe was very interconnected at this time by a want for new lands and almost all are ‘cold country creativity’ creative-solutions, or done to out-do the British, so British historical focus is  applicable.

There was never any such thing as ‘Race’ or ‘Human Race’, this was just a new overused word that year in Victorian vocabulary deficient English. Seriously.

The only race that was really on was the race for ‘new’ lands, albeit someone else’s;) between Britain and France mostly, as the solution-seeking creativity to assist poverty, misery, and ill-health problems. And it was on this desperate race, the word ‘race’ was then always referred to. : )

‘Race’ was a simplistic way of classifying human beings into four groups: ‘Caucasian’, ‘Negroid’, ‘Mongoloid’ and ‘Asian’, according to physical appearance.

There are many variations within a ‘Race’, and  I find that we are ‘Breeds’ rather than a race of four.   Breeds that are determined largely by language groups.

Certainly there are greater physical similarities between humans breeds found within those classification categories called ‘Race’, but on its own ‘Race’ is not adequate or sufficient.

To expand upon and improve the current classification order with Human Beings /Home Sapiens, I suggest in addition to the standard:

Kingdom; Phylum; Class; Order; Family; Genus; Species  we add: Breed; Language.  ( I don’t feel it even necessary to include ‘race’  though it could fit between ‘species’ and ‘breed’.)

When I meet someone I like to know their blood lines (heritage) on both side and their ‘home’ language.   I find this the most helpful information to know more of someone, and it has proven reliable and consistent.

I have known, dated or befriended, all races and many breeds of humans.  We Humans bond because of our vocabulary, not our language.   We are bonded by our energetic resonance, that governs our word choice – or vocabulary – within a language.  Just because two people speak the same language, this does not, at all, mean they use the same vocabulary.

I do not think a greater effort of classifying Human Beings was seriously entered into, as the motivation for it, came from fear and insecurity, rather than a position of ‘loving curiosity’.;)

Classification was carried out with the intent to make possible, the justification for theft, of land, inhabited by people already.

An outcome was desired, and then a reality contrived to make it possible.  People were found to be not worthy of consideration, because of their appearance.

Historically and traditionally, the British used ridicule or derogatory language words to ‘bring down’ those they feared, or felt threatened by.

It is a known strategy also within the military.   It has been demonstrated that a ridiculing, rather than a respectful or honourable way of treating people, leads to a more successful occupation or victory.

We know now in science, how it is important to be impartial when conducting studies.  My own scientific background taught me that studies undertaken objectively and with no attachment to the result, makes for the better , more reliable, and trustworthy result.

The concept of ‘Race’ to describe other breeds of humans came about from a need, not an objective observation.

The use of judgement words, such as “superior” and “inferior”, that are ‘solution- seeking creations’, demonstrate a very strong attachment to the result.

Definitely the ‘Race’ concept was brought into popularity at a time when another ‘race’ was on, the race to take over the rest of the lands on earth.

To get the land that became ‘Australia’, Britain was in a competitive race by sea with France in the 18th century, which Britain ‘won’.

Was it with such a fixed determination, that the word ‘race’ was so impressed into the minds of these folk, that they used the word ‘race’ here also?;)  Quite possibly.

Maybe it was even a ‘slip of the tongue’ and they were referring to the ‘race’ to obtain lands in competition with another language group/breed.  Maybe it was from the British like, to ‘make life easier for yourself’, to use this new, common and frequently used word, ‘race’, to help name the other Peoples that had been discovered.

Historically, the English have always been, very fixated on physical appearance, how things look, and how things ‘appear to be’.

We must remember the “Might Is Right” British jargon of the time, to validate a situation taken by force.  We know now, that it isn’t necessarily right at all, or clever to think so.

Using the invader’s common strategy of ridicule, it would be far easier, and upon seeing the advantage – coming quite naturally to them also, given their propensity for this, and also of ‘complaining’ – to discredit an entire populus, than to do it one at a time.

Much easier to dis-empower a race of people, than to deal with these strapping, stronger, physically in better shape, ‘Equal Men’ one at a time!;)

How clever to then be able to make use of these people as a free workforce, at a time when Britain was in such economic uncertainty.  They justified slavery, removing people to free up their land, then forced them to work , all the while justifying how it was for “their own good to be fed and given a place to live out their days.”

With their academic ‘superiority’, British upper classes stated that these native people were dying out anyway (argument used in Australia) so it was only a matter of time before the land was available.

The English language is much more ‘word thick’ today than in the 18th century, and quite likely this is as complex a thinking process that occurred:

“Oooh golly…LOOK!!!.  Look at his spear… and he’s not wearing any clothes…”

Then:  “Spear?  No gun?   Not very smart.   He’s not wearing any clothes….must be a lesser man than we.”

This sight would have been an enormous shock, and enormously threatening.  Familiarity at this time was to react from a place of fear, as the Britain they had left behind was a cold, poverty-stricken, gruelling place of ill-health and misery.

It would have been overwhelming for them to see such a healthy, naked man so comfortable in his own skin, with such blatant sexual acceptance, when they were not allowed to mention their own body parts in polite company.;)

A more ‘conscious’ (and intelligent?;))  group, given the same sight may have gone “Wow, how beautiful..look at their comfort with themselves and natural living skills.  What fine specimens and how fortunate to be able to live so freely in such a climate…”

Many of the English words to describe other people of differing breeds and origins have been banned popularly as they were found Internationally, to be derogatory, insulting and nonsensical to use.   (The energetic injury we get from words I go into in another writing.)

My mother was Caucasian, the Race that classified the others, putting itself at the top.

At five years old I knew from my mother, that I was only half English, and that I was half Caucasian,  and half Mongoloid race.”   The tone of voice she used was derogatory, and in judgement.

She would look me over with narrowed eyes telling me my eyes were “too Chinesey”, my backside and face shape “too negro”, my head shape “too asian”.  She insinuated I was of lesser worth, because I had these ‘throwback’ characteristics.

Consequently I bonded with the world;) and I drew strength from all Peoples experiencing oppression, to add to my fairy tale and Dicken’s characters.  I considered myself an Albino Negro and Nelson Mandela became my hero.;)

My mother said  “the only thing you have going for you is the hair on your head”  referring to my blonde hair, while the rest of me she considered to be an evolutionary slip-up as I did not meet her specifics.

As we know more, other words have been introduced  in our categorising, such as ‘hispanic’, and we are such a mixture now, we naturally use other words as descriptions such as African-American.

But still this is a physical description, without reference to language spoken.  I  describe myself as Anglo-Hungarian-Australian, which is far more useful than just ‘Australian’,  in determining who I might be.;)

As breeds of humans – as with breeds of dogs – we may have a propensity /natural aptitude/tendency, not occurring in other breeds of us,

 but,

I find that starsigns/ natal data, and language group/home language spoken, far more helpful in determining someone than their ‘race’.

“Love the skin you ‘re in!”   Absolutely, and also love your home language!  : )

My comments on the ‘Race / Intelligence’ debate on TV.

I was at first extremely surprised that this topic could still be warranted TV show coverage, than realised “Of course!”

None of what I am sharing here is common enough knowledge yet, as there simply has been no further investigation into ourselves, to bring light to this matter for popular interest!

I find the more complex a ‘home’ language, the more intelligent the people.

Language, distinguishes us as human beings, then the opposable thumb.  It is language ability that makes some humans more intelligent than others, not the concept of ‘race.’

My mother said  “the only thing you have going for you is the hair on your head”  referring to my blonde hair, while the rest of me she considered to be an evolutionary slip-up as I did not meet her specifics.  She would say desperately, wrenching her head around from side to side in the air as she spoke “Why is god punishing me, this way, to give me such a god-awful ugly child?”

My mother struggled with her vocabulary.  Her conversation – and that is using the term generously – was limited to retelling of events in a listed way, retelling of a ‘story’, criticizing and using learned abusive words.  Some of these, most likely she had said to her as a child, and others were clearly military words and orders.

She absolutely was not able to use language to create her reality as she went along in a day, instead she relied upon using a set script, that she needed to fit to suit a circumstance.  This is very common, to what else I have noticed of the habit of the English language in England.

Later in adulthood she learned to use the word ‘apparently’ and I noticed that it gave her more to do with a sentence.;)

I find the motivation to want to know, to determine intelligence in relation to ‘Race’, indicative of a lesser intelligence than not needing to know, or not ever getting that thought.

As we know more, other words have been introduced  in our categorising, such as ‘hispanic’.

As breeds of humans – as with breeds of dogs – we may have a propensity for something not occurring in other breeds of us, that is, a natural aptitude or tendency towards an activity or behaviour, or be more inclined to do things a certain way.

Our language group gives us variation in our disposition also, and I go into more detail in ‘Living In Me. The Complete Guide to Being Human.’

The Law of Reincarnation, also enables us to be of different Race/Breed/Language, through our Soul’s evolution, when we manifest on earth, and of course we are still so much more, as I enter into in other writings.

In conclusion, whoever was being considered ‘less intelligent’ because of the way they appeared physically, was most likely more intelligent than the one deciding!;)    And many have needed to defend themselves in a second – if not a fifth language!

“Love the skin you ‘re in!”   Absolutely!   But also love your home language!  : )

Confidence is our birthright.

Confidence is our birthright.  We contain at birth, all the confidence we will ever need.

This writing examines the what, whys and hows, why it is lacking, and why getting it back is vital.  The long and short of it, is this is a long;) but necessarily so!

Historically, removing confidence was a proven tactic,  to achieve greater control and discipline over others, so it became part of the system adopted and relied upon, within our developing society.

Our culture is predominantly from English rule and development through the centuries, and this was one largely based upon fear and mistrust of others.

It was considered disobedient, heretic, and unlawful historically, to question one’s own self from greater understanding, and could risk death or imprisonment, as it was was seen as direct disobedience and/or disrespect to the crown or the church at that time.   They were the nucleus of Britain’s societal structure, and any threat to these functioning, needed to be quelled/stifled/stopped.

Confidence comes naturally from self knowing.  When a human being is unable to know itself, confidence can be naturally lacking in epidemic proportions…as it is today.

“I reclaim all confidence I may have lost in moments of stress, shock or upset, or had taken, or have given freely away, to be in my full strength in this present moment.”

So what is confidence exactly? It is our ability to just know we can do something.  It is with us with our every action, our every movement, our every consideration.  It is not something that is separate from us at all and we actually need to consciously separate it ourselves, in order to give it away, or to let someone take it from us, in order that we can be without it.

*confidence – full trust; belief in the trustworthiness or reliability of a person or a thing; self-reliance, assurance or boldness (Macquarie,Aust.’91)

When a cat gets up and crosses a room, it does so with the confidence it has in knowing it will reach the other side.  In the confidence it has in its ability to move its limbs.  In the confidence it has in its ability to discern that there is no hidden danger in the carpet, or behind the curtain;) A human baby takes a step, after it has the confidence in standing and moving legs and feet.  Action, then consequence, from confidence in desired outcome, and from ability experienced.  Not a conscious thing at all, it is completely naturally inherent.

So confidence is something we naturally have.

We cannot have a ” bit of confidence” or a “lot of confidence”.  This is actually not accurate usage of the meaning of the word, we just have it.  We contain all the confidence we need for our entire lives.  The word has just been misused among others.  Most likely feelings you could mix up with the word, are really those of uncertainty, nervousness or apprehension.  These are very different feelings, and are useful to us, for what they can share when we read them correctly, behave accordingly, then release them from us.

Know that you have confidence, and that you always have enough.

So why do some of us feel we don’t have any?

To feel a lack in natural confidence is an ill-health issue, BUT, in human beings, undermining natural confidence, was a chosen strategy, or course of action for the development of a number of different branches within society.

It was a strategy that had proven it’s worth for many years in the military.  In the development of our society, the military had a prominent role, and given prominent consideration in political circles.  Still much that we get, inventions, services and products, that are made available, began as instruments for military use.  Another definition of undermine, is ‘to make a passage under, as in military operations’.

The very fact that it is called “undermining confidence”* proves that we have it already, and it is needed to be reduced/depleted/minimised.

* undermine – to render unstable by digging into or wearing away at the foundation; to affect injuriously or weaken by secret or underhand means; to weaken insidiously; destroy gradually.(Macquarie, Aust.’91)

It is much harder to control or influence a people who are confident with who they are.  As we are all equal as human beings, it is vital, if a society is of a construct that requires a hierarchy within it, that the majority of human beings believes they are of little worth, and that they are dependent on others for their very well-being.

Undermining confidence, in order that it could be earned back in an approved manner.  Undermining confidence to make for a more subservient group. Undermining confidence to make for a group that was more easily controlled.

Opportunity to win back confidence, or to earn back confidence, could then be a chosen method of motivation.

My own childhood made this very clear.

I can still recall the tone used by my mother when she shouted at me in complete frustration and almost disbelief, with a screwed up face, narrowed eyes and a horrible tone :  “Where did you get that confidence?”  Not from her obviously!;)

She required me to have none.  She expected me to have none.  She had done her hardest to insure I had none.  She herself told me of the army’s need to undermine confidence to get the troops into shape. I hear the words “undermine confidence” with her voice to it still, of her using the words with me when I was a little girl.

At this time , and particularly in my mother’s time, children were still considered by some to be second class citizen, mini labourers, by those with the teachings of Victorian England very much rooted in their consciousness.  There was no children’s vocabulary or separate words used by my mother when speaking to me, she used military vocabulary, and gave orders, as had been used on her.

My mother’s world did not work, if I already had confidence.  But have it I did, quite naturally.  That it needed to be ‘undermined’ also demonstrates that it is inherent in us from birth.

She needed to remove it, in order that I could earn it back somehow.  In order that I would be motivated to achieve respect for myself through some work or study avenue, or by obeying her every whim, in the hope that she would one day cast me an approving glance.

It did not feel right to me at all to give away my confidence, to someone I did not trust.

As the home I was born into offered me at no time a safe trusting place, I did not give my confidence away.  It just was not a convincing prospect ever.

There was no time that my mother said something to me that I trusted, or even pretended to be nice.  It therefore made no sense to me, to give away my confidence to her.  I was never given an incentive to believe this individual telling me what to do, had my best interests at heart.  I knew she didn’t.  I did not have any confidence in her!;)).

Fairytales were full of children running away, and making it on their own, and I had plans.  I had a secret life, and she made no attempt to get to know me – I was to be only as she dictated – so in fact I was a secret.

I ran away at five years old, and sat for the longest time on the front steps of the sweet shop, thinking it over.  I returned myself and unpacked my little case as I had nowhere to go, and I realised I couldn’t make it on my own.  I did plan to make it on my own at some stage though, I just didn’t know when, so I hung onto my confidence, as I knew I was going to need it.

A television show that we watched was “It Ain’t Half Hot Mum” a show about a British regiment stationed in India.  Amongst the characters was a very strong and belittling sergeant-major, who yelled at the rest of the men in derogatory ways.  “You lowdown piece of scum you.”

My mother had been an acting Sergent Major and words like ‘on parade’, ‘forward march’, ‘ready for inspection’, were commonly used by her.

Common words she also used were:

“worthless child”, (worthless;without worth, useless, valueless, of no importance)

“stupid, ignorant child” (stupid; lacking ordinary activity & keenness of mind, mental dullness, tediously dull),

“you wretch” (wretch;deplorably unfortunate, a person of despicable character)

These were all words that were acceptable confidence controllers by her military mind.

If she had a query, or if her attention was caught, she would begin it with a  “What’s wrong with you now child

The combination of, the removal of confidence and respect, in order that they could be a useful motivator for participation in key areas within society, is still functioning to this day.

An example of this, is to study for a ‘certificate’ course/’diploma’ course/’degree’.  Once you have been part of a study course and proven yourself, or from job experience, or received an award by way of certificate, or trophy, that makes us certain we can be ‘confident’ in that area.

We can receive a title in some cases that gives us back more respect among our peers and ‘subordinates’*. (*More on this in another writing.)

In addition to removal of inherent confidence and respect, it was also considered important what others may think, and I feel this could possibly be and most likely is, the origin of the development of what I call ‘false realities’.  Falsely wanting people to believe they had some experience they hadn’t. or completed a course in something they hadn’t.   Just to get back the respect that they were entitled to from birth anyway.

When our society was planned, it was done so without knowledge at all of what we are.  There was none of the knowledge on the Human Being, that is available today, or how to maintain ourselves in health or even what our needs are.

It was also planned by those who did not and were not able to historically, perceive the consequences of their legislation.

Traditionally in some other cultures, it is specifically the women, who make a determining decision, as they are the ones who are considered able to foresee for the generations.  British political history contained no such balance.

It was planned largely by those who wanted for themselves a better life, and who were mostly suspicious of all others, mostly in ill health of one kind or another, and mostly confused about what marks/shapes/constitutes a life priority from an irrelevance!!!

Lacking in confidence is not the same thing as being shy, anxious, apprehensive or fearful.

Being shy, bashful, timid, introverted, keeping to one’s self are not the same thing as lacking in inherent confidence.  Feelings are to be felt.  Feelings can be indicators of much : do it anyway!

I was painfully shy as I was spent most of my time during my early childhood years feeling emotionally crushed, and being directly ordered that I was “worthless”.  I considered myself an “emotional void” at one time, so aware was I that I had such a build up of emotional injuries, that I had stopped registering their pain.

I was not able to look anyone in the eye, or hold my head up in order to do that.  I consciously needed to heal this within myself, and did so in a systematic way, giving myself suggestions and trial behaviours to cure my shyness.  I realised that someone can see me just as much, if I looked at them shyly, partially and sideways, as if I looked at them directly square on!

I realised that we choose our actions, and our actions become our behaviour, and our behaviours are what makes us, and we become who we decide to be.

Reclaiming confidence…

A quote I came across that resonates with me is “Procrastination is the evil nemesis of confidence”.

How we put things off, coming up with excuse after excuse to do everything else, but the thing we are wanting to do!   We can also decide to do it anyway!  I like to use the phrase ‘what irks us the most, is where we are ripest for growth’ for these things.

Where we need to take a ‘step up’ in our behaviours, to incorporate a new activity or achievement, demonstrates to us that it is forward, higher, or growth for us, on our path.

It is recommended to take ‘baby steps’ towards the difficult challenge, doing it breakdown by breakdown, bit by bit, nibbling away at it.  It is when we are certain that something is challenging for us, that we know we are in the right direction.  We know we are growing!

Shyness is a feeling.  Feel it…then do it anyway!    Some of us are naturally more insecure or shy than others and this can be as simple as astrological determiners/alignment of the solar system at time of conception.  These are our ‘cards’ but they are not set and we can develop ourselves through our own personal growth, knowing what are strengths and weaknesses are, but  more on this in another writing…

To ‘know oneself’ is so important so we know what we have to work with,  what we can discard, and what we can work on….to BE all we can Be…with confidence!  : )

.

What about us? Lets update the Human exhibit!;)

  • why it makes no sense to ignore our needs
  • what we have changed historically as we became aware of new information
  • how it is that ignorance is holding us back
  • humanity and human ‘what we are’ overview, in brief!

Our Societal construct, as we know it, and as we created it, requires us to continue to behave in ways that are alien to our natural state.

We also created zoos in the Victorian era, and we have been updating those exhibits as we know better, but our own remains largely unchanged!

There is only one zoo in the world, Perth zoo in Australia, that is realising the actual needs of our close relation the Orang Utan.  The entire exhibit was redesigned to accommodate these.

Let’s do the same thing for us.  Our societal construct is our exhibit by another name.

When I was a child I had the family pets to look after.  The animals were provided with their ‘appropriate housing’,  ‘appropriate diet’, ‘appropriate exercise’ and ‘appropriate attention’, as was known at the time for the species.

The hamster had his wheel and jam jar to poop in, that he went in backwards to do.  The guinea pigs and rabbit had their grass run, and straw filled hutch.  The cats had their own flap door in the kitchen door.  The birds had the aviary of  a suitable size and a nest box for breeding.

We know so much more about our own species now, and the Victorian standards of human husbandry;) are no more appropriate to us now, than DDT or cigarettes are to our health, or a metal cage is to an Orang Utan.  Most zoos have undergone changes to all if not most exhibits.  Let’s just update ours in the same style. : )

I am eager to share, how we differ from one another as breeds of humans and how absolutely detrimental it can be – let alone inappropriate – for someone of another cultural breed to be given facilities suitable for an Englishman.  Or for an Englishman in the particular level of self awareness common in England at that time.

Is a labrador the same as a terrier?  A cattle-dog the same as a chihuahua?  A poodle the same as a Siberian husky?   What about a wolf, fox and dingo..they are dogs too.  Personalities, strengths, weaknesses, qualities, needs – call them as you will, –  they vary from breed to breed.

Fixated upon appearance, the ‘solution seeking creativity’ of the time had Human Beings classify other Human Beings according to their superiority.  The self declared ‘superior’ ones classified the others as less superior (surprise surprise!) or inferior, based upon their appearance – largely their facial features and skin colour – and by what inventions that had created.

To be human is to create certainly, and where we are geographically on the earth is the decisive factor in where our creativity leads us.  Where we are geographically, and who invented what, at whatever stage of life wisdom, largely explains every situation we find ourselves in!!

‘Obviously’ to them;) the humans who had demonstrated themselves as superior would be entitled to take the belongings and land of the inferior ones.  This ‘solution seeking creativity’ ,aka plausible fiction,;) was for England, when mass poverty, ill-health, and a rise in population had them wanting to seize other lands for themselves to spread out on.   They knew of no other solution and the race to take control of other countries began, in competition mainly with other European countries.

Movements to improve, and to further degrade situations for people, had words like ‘race’ and ‘racist’ and ‘racism’ used.   There has not been much progress in descriptions of ourselves since this time.

I’d love to bring us up to date!

Aside from our differences as the breeds that we are, our Human society requires us to also ignore our energetic reactions to one another as Man and Woman.  Just as much in the English language group as in Islam, though means and methods are undisputedly different.

Our Human society requires us to intellectualize and control natural behaviours, then to ‘act out’ a role or a script.  So very British, and so very old and out of date British, and never actually suitable, ever, even for Britain!

Humanity is simply unable to thrive as long as this continues.  As long as we are required to ignore what we mostly are, our needs cannot be realised or fulfilled wide scale, and we will continue down the pathway of deterioration and decline that we are on. : )

Living In Me – the complete guide to Being Human

An excerpt from the intro of Living In Me – The Complete Guide to Being Human…and some notes that just came out with them…!

“No degree into the human being and all that it can possibly be exists, so I have studied far and wide to give myself the best possible education on this topic.  This has involved combining different undergraduate learnings, from degrees and diploma courses; many diverse work areas;  from ‘throwing myself’ in at the deep end’ in varied and obscure life experiences; travel discoveries; self-healing and personal growth workshops.

We were at one time threatened with death upon even questioning of this,  as it was interpreted historically, as disobedience by questioning the authority of  the ‘Crown’ in rule.  And more than this, questioning the authority of the Crown’s chosen religious practice for the people ruled over.  To question for greater knowledge was determined to be ‘disobedience’ or ‘argument’.  Yet, it is our very spirit that questions, for guidance, and for seeking familiarity for growth and reassurance.

To Be all I could Be was my plan.  A man at a music festival where I was dancing in the crowd said to me, after observing me for quite a while, “you seem to have the upper hand.”  I am used to staring all the while where ever I go, but I don’t enjoy it.  It reminds me of  my mother’s all too critical daily staring, with a screwed up face and mean eyes, as this is the familiarity and association that my own memory files offer me.  ”

We can heal from all of it, but, to remember is a healthy state for us, and should never be feared, but rather used for the potential healing that all these memories offer us.  Areas that are ’emotion charged’ places to go, can bring about the greatest movement of stuck energy from us, and are the best enablers for this, when managed correctly and with such an intent.  I take the opportunity to release stuck energies, that hold me back from living my lightest freest self whenever I get a spare moment to do so.

I don’t mind being viewed when on as stage for performance, as eyes in that situation are eyes of enjoyment and love.   Eyes emit an energy that  can be felt, and eyes in such a situation are encouraging and strengthening to the activity being undertaken. Even to say, these eyes become  a part of the experience, in the receiving of the performance ‘gift’.

We are Primate in the physical and the most threatening thing you can do to some others such as Gorillas, Chimpanzees and Orang Utans, is to stare at them.   Looking at one another, of course, is a part of the courting behaviour for us, to get the attention of who attracts us, but if we do not impress enough to get it, then we are meant to stop our gaze, and move on.

“I am used to questions all day, if I do not have a number of rehearsed responses now, to give myself space from it.  Space from it that I can allow myself mostly due to my commitment to write this book.  Space from it as we are not actually meant to be questioning one another at all really.

The Meaning of Life, The Universe and Everything.  Monty Python.  The answer is 42.;)   Or is that the Hitchhiker’s Guide To The Galaxy?  It never struck me a being anything other than a completely achievable quest or question and I decided to learn the answer, and all about it.  I thought it very silly that it was not freely available, like the books that are all about dogs that you need to read before you have one.

It was sensible to me to know the point and purpose of our existence and what we actually were, from what was known so far to our understanding.  I also figured that would give indication of what wasn’t yet known or understood, and also what was completely being avoided in understanding, ie, from being in”the too hard basket”.

Yet I am in that basket.  I was put there by my own mother.  I have lived my entire life from it, and I feel completely at ease sharing of its contents. And here it is.”

Building Sand Castles (ii)

  • my chapter for the book titled ‘In The Spirit Of Success’ April 2012.
  • guidelines to maximize your life success
  • how to use the 30/30/40 ratio of effort

Like building sand castles in the sand, some things we just do because it leads to a better life.  No one is going to pay us, promote us, or perhaps even notice, yet we build them because something inside us gives us the idea, and we teach our children to do it still.

I was born into challenging circumstances.  My safety was jeopardized by members of my immediate family on a regular basis, but to all outside appearances it was a respectable and functioning family that routinely visited church at Christmas.

Not permitted to speak, even for the purpose of learning, and told to keep out of sight because I was intolerable to look at, gave me enormous time for self-contemplation, questioning and analysis.

I relied on, and was arguably raised by, a mystery inner guidance, as one helpful suggestion after another entered my thought space. I depended upon this to keep me safe, as I received instructions on when and where to move about the house unharmed.  I came to realize I was not alone at all.

This sense of knowing also came to my rescue when on more than one occasion, a pillow was placed over my face while I was sleeping.  I held my breath for the longest time and kept very still, as I had trained myself to do in early infant school.  While other children were playing, I was obediently holding my breath for as long as I could, all day, every day, stretching out how long I could last.

I could not see behind closed doors – I only saw them – but my invisible mystery guidance obviously could.

I had given myself to God “if there was one” , with all the soul and intent of  a desperate toddler. Meditation, or the light I found behind my eyes became my place of comfort.  Time spent behind my eyes and in nature was my greatest source of safety and strength.

In adulthood, a terrible head-on road accident, killed the driver, and left me unconscious and in critical condition.  It required many hours just to cut me from the crushed vehicle, before I was flown to an intensive care unit.  Many simply wrote me off from having any type of quality future life.

Again, I relied on my default way of being, consulting my inner help, and I was guided step by step through a long and complicated process of recovery.

From my wheelchair, the Universe had me spy the dog of my childhood dreams in a pet shop window.  I found her impossible to resist, and my spirit was already running with her.  Physically it took me longer, progressing to crutches, then to walking sticks, then one walking stick, and then how we sprinted together!   These days I even enjoy circus trapeze workshops and dance.

Following another near death experience, (as refining of priorities as they certainly are!), I gained the insight to change myself, to not attract any more of them.  Suffering had been my familiarity to this point, where I felt the most “at home” and I was just attracting more of it.  Lawsuits for personal damages were also not my number one career choice!

What I have learned from my life experiences has been invaluable and I would not want to change the access to knowledge it has given me for anything in the world.  For me, that would be like turning off the light and returning to darkness.

To be human is to create, and ultimately we become the person we choose to be and who we work towards creating.  It is when our thoughts, words, actions, and behavior’s are all aligned that life becomes easier.  Way easier!

We, in human form, are the master/mistress, manager, and caretaker of all our cells, our thoughts, and our feelings.  Here is where we do the best job we can at being the best us, with the knowledge that we have, and within the parameters of 21st century planet earth, while creating the future.

Thoughts

No one can visit you if you do not offer them a chair or a place to park their car.  Well, the same applies for allowing you to express your full spiritual presence.  Spirit world is thought world, and it only needs a space to be heard.

Notice all that you can do daily without using your mind.  Things such as seeing, listening, tasting, smelling, and feeling.  Note that you actually turn the mind on the moment you attempt to access information.  It is the “foyer” equivalent to our memory files and elsewhere, to use or not to use.  Feel confident to pick the thoughts that best suit your life at the time.  Worry is simply an undisciplined thought that is recurring.

No time spent finding a space between thoughts is wasted, and makes all thinking easier and more succinct.  rewards are experienced long before you are able to hold that space for any time.

The space we create becomes our lifeline to ethereal dimensions and our easy access route to our spirit guidance.  Once we achieve this entryway, we can then trust that we will know what we need to know, when we need to know it.

Words

When we give sound to a thought, we activate its creative potential bringing it into reality.  Having a thought is one thing, putting your sound to it magnifies it exponentially and brings it out ‘virally.’

Feel confident to choose your words carefully against the tide of people chatting and verbalizing every thought.  Minimizing your words, maximizes their creative potential.

Your “I am ” statements are your most creative building blocks.  Avoid staying in the common habit of question and answer, as we do not creat when we direct another’s consciousness around.  Aim instead on the habit of restful sharing of what comes to mind from another’s sharing.

An Affirmation is a carefully chosen series of words than when spoken aloud, combine your intent, with your essence and your soul.  Feel it is so, and believe.  For example:

“Today I am the strongest creator of success, health, and happiness for myself that I have ever been.”

The “Universal Absolutes” Requirements for Success

1. Truth.

Exist in a state of Truth, or “Adherence to what is”.  How can those in other dimensions assist you if they cannot rely on you?

2. Good Intent.

Hold a good intent for all.  A love for self and others that is uncompromising.

3. Gratitude.

Be in a state of gratitude.  This automatically fast tracks us for ease of access to higher dimensions be raising our vibration.

Follow these three = ask, receive, with guarantee!

After many years of following this formula, I calculated that intent accounts for 30% of the work, providing you with opportunity, another 30%, and then the physical doing is actually only 40% of effort.  This achieves ‘maximum effect with minimal effort’ and life just makes sense as synchronicites occur around you.

While there is much fascination for what comes before and after life, here on earth is the only place we run, jump, leap, taste, touch, and feel!

Here is our playground, and as with any game there are rules.

See you at the finish line!

So what is ‘the ego’ exactly?

  • the ego defined
  • what the ego isn’t
  • why ego has been so misunderstood
  • the role of ego among men
  • how identity serves us
  • ego disorders

   What is the ego?

I am hearing more frequently the word ‘ego’ used, especially amongst young men, then often with a “but that’s just my ego talking and I need to get it out of the way…”  I am finding it just as important to speak of what the ego is not, to provide a clearer understanding.

As we develop self mastery, we find that much of it comes from recognition, perspective, then understanding, of each aspect of ourselves.

The ego is given as bad a rap as cholesterol, when they both are in fact an essential component of being a Human.

Without cholesterol, we would be a pile of cells on the floor.  They are the ‘name tags’ or coding for a cell, so they know what they are, and where they are meant to be.  This is also why it is not digestible, or easy to break down, as it needs to be permanently in place so we can function as an organism.

All the ego is, is our identity construct while we are here on earth.  The identity that we form, out of which to operate.  The identity that enables us to bring what we bring to the planet; our ‘game piece’ that gives us the greatest ‘play’ out of which we can play our best game with the most opportunities provided for our creativity.

What the ego is not…

The ego is not our social status, or how we view our social standing among others.  Of particular importance if you are in the form Man.  They are related in that the ego can be reinforced/solidified or brought into question by the social status.  The ego can be likened to the toy car on the social status electric track.

The ego is not about feeling a sense of pride or a want to do well, or a want to do your best.  Pride is an essential component of being human.

The ego is not about caring that others view you with a high regard.  Respect within humanity is how we function best and a natural want.

The ego is not about wanting to  have the best life that you can for yourself and your family.  This is a natural drive, and additionally felt if you are in the form Man, as you are naturally the protector and active doer and you naturally lean toward what is best for yourself and your own.

It is inherent in all species to do one’s best.  To choose to not do your best, is a human ability that does not encourage personal growth of any kind, and is in fact disabling. ( I go into this in greater detail with another writing, as it is in epidemic proportions, and the cause of many larger concerns). .

The ego is simply the identity construct that you create, out of which you operate.

You create it, so naturally you can feel prone to an insecurity or have doubts sometimes, as you contemplate yourself.   It is completely personal, and completely up to you, no matter how capable you feel you are.  Or how much life knowledge you have or have not.  This is why it can easily cause confusion, concern and misplaced emphasis.

Choose who you want to be, and work toward creating this.

Give yourself as many possibilities for opportunities within this identity as you want.

Then, let it go.  Remove attachment.  Just be that you, as you go about your tasks, projects and activities.

The ego is also not about feeling a need to impress a woman if you are in the form Man.  This is as natural in us, as in many other species proving themselves in some way, by building nests or driving off other males or having the most amazing feathers.  The tales of knights of old who most impressed the queen, winning her affections for a night; the man who’s harvests are the most bountiful being able to choose from more than one girl in the village, all appropriate tales for learning.

When a man does something well that we women cannot do,  it impresses us, is ‘sexy’ and arousing to us.  This means our base chakra inner energy rises/moves and we feel this.  When a man achieves something over other men, our attention goes to him, as the potential greater provider and protector.  Base chakra : core survival sustaining energy, and responsible for the genitalia.

I began life being ordered to “consider yourself last, if at all.”    I felt as worthless as I was told I was, and was so emotionally shut down, that I was numb to even sensing my own wants and needs.   Not having an ego was part of my ill health condition at this time.    I was actually denied forming my own separate identity.

I related completely to feeling ‘kept’ and ‘owned’ in my childhood situation.   I was ‘hers, my mother’s,’ and was expected to move on command.  Like the little hamster I had as a pet, I was the ‘kept child’ in my mother’s cage.   She knew best, and I was to obey.   There was no opportunity given me to form an identity.  I was told what to do and what to think at all times, and feelings  just weren’t considered.  Behaviors, that I was instructed to have, were of her choosing.  It was a completely demoralizing situation.

One such telling example, is when we needed to go somewhere on a coach.  We had arrived late at the bus station, and she ordered me to lie down in front of the coach outside, if it tried to leave without us.  She was serious.   She then disappeared, to attend to something or other.

She had told me many times that “people have children to do their dirty work”.  I can recall the awful feeling, and the very weight of the responsibility, as I watched, frightened at the activity outside.  Metaphorically, my energy felt shoved even further into the ground before being jumped up and down on.  It was a ridiculous responsibility to put onto a small child.

It was of a time when children had to do only as they were told, when children could still be remembered as cheap labour and second class citizens, by those still influenced by the teachings prevalent in Victorian England.  It had not been agreeable to my mother, that I even existed.

I found in time, that making myself malleable around other’s wants and needs, and totally without a sense of personal identity, just not viable or workable, for myself, or, anyone around me.   How could anyone relate to me?  Who was I?    I had to use all my skill and intent to discover who I was, in secret.  I needed to learn of my own personal likes and dislikes, as don’t they guide our natural behaviors, and aren’t they essential?

Forming an identity, then keeping to it in a state of integrity, makes for the most effective and operational manner for our life path.  It makes for our greatest and easiest success.

Ego disorders can occur when…

1. There is not an adequate identity formed yet, out of which to operate.

2.There is not an adequate sense of self, felt.  A lacking of objectivity perhaps. What are your achievements?  Is your view of yourself clouded by unexpressed energies/issues/ ‘depression’?

3. There is not an adequate perspective of self, realized.  Where you end, and where others begin. Where you fit into your community?

A bandaid measure or what I call “solution seeking creativity’ may be that you feel the need to create a false reality around you for the benefit of seeming to be more, or something else, than your identity allows.   This comes when you feel unsatisfied with yourself, and you are not living in integrity, and you feel you could benefit from some illusions or lies, added to your identity.  (Lie; a falsehood told with the intent to deceive).

Something to notice is your language or word use.  An indication of where you are with your focus/perception of your Self, may be found in the frequency you use the words “I” , “Me” & “My”.  The frequency you think the words ” I” ,”Me”& “My” also.  Notice the frequency they are used by others, for a private check-in.

It may be common in language for some men to exaggerate, particularly of achievements with women, jobs, machinery or sports, but this is actually a social standing /social status issue, and also not ego.  As we are beings of energy, a group energy is formed when we are together.  It is this energetic pull that can sway and change behaviours of an individual energy.  A group energy will perform much better, if those who are are part of it, think highly of the others around them.  We are ‘raised’ by the energy we are in…or we can be depleted by it.

These examples can be equally said of some women, in some situations now, particularly within the English language, as we have the situation where both sexes are doing economic raising activities, and roles and behaviors have changed to incorporate these.  I expand upon this in other topics.

The natural urge inherent inside Man, as by design, the active doer, protector, and competitive one of our species, is to feel great, proud, larger and stronger even, if other men ‘raise’ his status by what they may ‘perceive to be’ or from ‘how it looks’,or what they ‘imagine to be true’.   If you have not spoken a lie, how is it wrong?

There is not likely to be a situation where a man offers to say “that hot woman wasn’t interested in me, I was just giving her a lift.” or ” We weren’t on a date at all, just standing next to one another in the Movie queue.”  “We went on a date but she said she wasn’t interested in seeing me again, and the evening ended really early.”

Better for him that he says nothing…and let’s others think much.  The pull of group energy in Man is extremely inherently strong, as it is meant to be.  Man is the one who has been required by tradition  to rely upon other men, to bring down the large hunting prey, to protect all that is theirs from possible attack.   To achieve great things together.   You only need to go to a football game to feel the strength o f this energy.

An enormous subconscious attraction to being in the Army services is to feel the group male energy, brotherhood and camaraderie.  These are not so easy to find these days as they once were, aside from sports teams, and certainly a requirement for us.  Men strengthen men, and women strengthen women.  Gang interest can have the same appeal to it.

I completely understand the historic uproar when women were first allowed to join the Army services, as energetically we are completely different.   The presence of a woman’s energy being would completely alter the energy of the nearby surrounding men.  Our chakras or energy segments or ‘wheels’ rotate differently.  As they are meant to do.   Men and women are meant to affect one another energetically, and all of the time.  We do not ‘come into season’ like some other species do.  Some cultures do incorporate this knowledge and have taken their own measures to keep their societies operating.

An unfortunate conflict of interests can occur, between the enormous pull of this social status energy and  very real self growth having the opportunity to occur within a man’s  ego/identity.  One such example is if it is alluded to within a group that a man is already in a more advanced relationship with a woman, than he may actually be. This is risky, and as  a woman I can share that we can find this a complete turn off.

Women find confidence extremely appealing and sexy.  A need to allude that something is already going on, convinces us that there is no confidence for the possibility that it will.  Holding back from hinting or alluding, to advance social status, may have led to a real development with this woman, and to a growth in identity/ego that would have genuinely raised the social standing more so.

It is part of Self Mastery for a Man to use wisdom to negotiate the balance between your ego identity, and your social status within the group energy.  To surf the edge between them to maximize your success from a state of Integrity.  Remember that integrity enables you to fast track to success, so is worth it every time, and it always pays off in ways you don’t ever expect!.;)

These situations between ego and social status and our relating with presumptions, also has allowed for a development of, a perceived messiness, between what is truth, what is alluded to, and what is a lie.

It is completely clear, however, when it is understood in the context of the natural tendency of our species, and of our tendencies from being either in the form Man or Woman, and of the importance of truth/adherence to what is, on our path.

I consider we do an amazing job to be us, since Sages and Wise Ones are no longer here to guide us.  Many women are living more as ‘female men’ , unaware of what else lies waiting for them….if they only knew.  And there are men, who for some reason that they themselves may not know, never feel quite comfortable calling themselves a ‘Man’ .

This is only a consequence of lack of recognition of all that we are, as our society was formed.  We know better now and we have all the knowledge in the world available to us.  The greatest wisdom however, lies in the application of this knowledge, hence my passion to share. : )

Living a carefully constructed reality, here in life’s game, relies upon being inside a functioning identity.  This is the ego, and its wonderful ability to monitor itself.  You may occasionally receive feelings that encourage you to check in on the effectiveness of your game piece, as you play on.;)
