The Continual Questioning Of “How are you?”

1. Takes our focus from our goal to Be At One with everything. Life, each other, the Universe. 🙂

I do not answer the question but keep to my regular greeting of someone. We are meant to greet one another with our sound and it is a gift of energy and our essence that we offer them.
I am always feeling what the questioner is feeling anyway because I am an Empath. Often people do not want to know this, and I am feeling their discomfort or sadness….certainly I am not going to say “I am feeling your sadness, 😉 Instead I am reminded how appropriate it is for us to greet one another with our: Greetings! Good Day/Morning/Eve to You! Allow anything further to come from a sharing space, when someone offers the next thing to say that comes to them from themselves.

2. Removes us from the present moment, as we leave it to enter into our mind / memory files / elsewhere, AWAY from the here and now to come up with something to say in response.

We are not meant to be questioning one another anyway. We are the manager/mistress of all our cells/abilities/aspects, and it is for us to choose our thoughts and to direct our consciousness as suits us at all times.
If someone is asking us a question, they are directing our consciousness, they are putting their will onto us. We are all at different stages of conscious development. It is crazy to me when the guy at the checkout in the supermarket starts questioning me,(as is common here in Australia), but as he would do at his level of consciousness.
Honoring one another as the vast and magnificent beings that we are, from a place of gratitude for whatever is chosen to be shared with us, is how we develop and encourage others, to our full potential. 🙂

3. Trivializes our important job of reading our feelings accurately, and acting accordingly.
As humans are design is to manage our feelings, as this is how we receive information from our subconscious selves ie body/intuition/all else we are. It makes it challenging if we become accustomed to a habit of ignoring our real feelings to say something in response to a common question from someone not is doing it as they were told to as part of their job.
Be confident, smile and greet with a gift of your energy, and be in command of where you place your consciousness and focus! 🙂
