Rules For Being Human.

  • First bit is not written by me but by ‘Anonymous.   I have an idea who, but who am I to blow someone’s cover.;)  It is  excellent and I consider it well worth sharing here.
  • A few tips from me to put it into practice!.


You will receive a body.  You may like it or hate it, but it will be yours for the entire period this time around.

You will learn lessons.  You are enrolled in a full-time informal school called Life.  Each day in this school you will have the opportunity to learn lessons.  You may like the lessons or think them irrelevant and stupid.

There are no mistakes, only lessons. Growth is a process of trial and error experimentation.  The “failed” experiments are as much a part of the process as the experiment that ultimately “works”. 

A lesson is repeated until it is learned.  A lesson will be presented to you in various forms until you have learned it.  When you have learned it, you can go on to the next lesson.

Learning lessons does not end.  There is no part of life that does not contain lessons.  If you are alive, there are lessons to be learned.

“There” is no better than “here”. When your “there” has become a “here”, you will simply obtain another “there” that will, again, look better than “here”.

Others are simply mirrors of you.  You cannot love or hate something about another person unless it reflects to you something you love or hate about yourself.

What you make of your life is up to you.  You have all the tools and resources you need.  What you do with them is up to you.  The choice is yours.

The answers lie inside you.  The answers to life’s questions lie inside you.  All you need to do is look, listen and trust.

It may seem hard at first to trust that what you need to know lies inside you, but let me assure you that it does.  You are not alone by any means.

Get to know inside yourself.  Spend time exploring inside you.  It is a skill to navigate our consciousness, and has only been ridiculed or named as “hippy” or “new age” by those unfamiliar, and insecure with themselves, and seeking to feel better and on familiar ground again…until they don’t again.

Our ground is not familiar though, and feeble short-term attempts to feel secure on it, will only maintain the unhappiness, that is escalating and spreading in phenomenal proportions the world over.

We are so much more than we are currently being.  The only cure is for us to Be more! : )

What Makes Some Humans Smarter Than Others?

I find the more complex a ‘home’ language, the more intelligent the people.  It is our language ability that distinguishes us as human beings, and then our opposable thumb, giving us the creative ability with our hands to actualize /bring into reality, what we think of. 

It is language ability that makes some humans more intelligent than others, and the more languages we know the smarter we get.  The more words we know, the larger capacity that we contain within. 

As it is our very intent at thought, that creates the neuron synaptic pathways within our brain, the more we learn,  the larger a framework – or word map  – or’ shelving unit’ for storage;) –  we create inside ourselves.

Our vocabulary becomes the roots of our created reality tree. : )  The more languages we know, we effectively multiply our total neuron capacity.    A language is so much more than words you see…

A language is also the knowing of what to say and when, customs, behaviors, culture, and so on.  Within the ‘shelving unit’ or ‘files’ inside our consciousness, we need make room, for the word of all those things, in another language.

I was very injured on time, which included a head injury resulting in a loss of consciousness.  The neuro-test given me, by a specialist unknown to me, as the one that gave them the best idea of my pre-injury intellect, was one on pronunciation of words. 

I was told it did not matter whether I knew the word – or not – just how I chose to pronounce it.  From this, I also gathered  that language ability is the most accurate determiner of intellect used today scientifically.  They were most likely able to determine how wide my word source was, from this test.

In Australia last  year after school results were known, it was documented how much better ‘immigrant’ – or children with English as a second language – performed in the results.  It was the subject of a tv show also.

It was mistakenly believed that it was due to foreign children being better students, or having greater work ethics instilled in them, as to why they were smarter. 

Certainly these qualities assist, but they are simply smarter anyway because they know more words, their neuron capacity fills a greater space, than their ‘English-derivitive’, (no second language), fellow students. 

Within the same language,  just say two people had the same vocabulary also, it becomes the greater creativity and other learnings undertaken, that then increase brain use and therefore capacity, leading to one being smarter than the other.

Before I studied us, I studied every animal I came across.  I noticed my pets, from mice to dogs, all became smarter the more I trained them.

When I meet someone I like to know their blood lines (heritage) on both side and their ‘home’ language.   I find this the most helpful information to know more of someone, and it has proven reliable and consistent.    I am able to determine how smart/clever they are most likely able to be from their language/no. of languages.

I have known, dated or befriended, all races and many breeds of humans.  It is their vocabulary and language quantity that makes them smarter than the rest.;)

The English language has always been short of words, in comparison with others and has needed to add to its stock of words as it went along through history. 

It needed to adopt words from other languages, as those words simply did not exist, within its own language.  This made the people speaking it, therefore, intellectually, not as capable as those whose languages had a greater – or more extended  -vocabulary.

English is one of the more simplistic of all the languages, and why as a second language it becomes easy, as it is so much easier than a ‘home’ language. It also does not fit in well with the other languages, and I go into more detail in other writings.

My mother’s vocabulary was severely limited.  She operated in a very concrete fashion, fixated on what was in front of her.  She had trouble understanding much that was not obvious to her way of thinking.  She had enormous difficulty with abstract thought, and, or perhaps because, she was so regimented.

By this time language had been strictly controlled in English life.  Hard for other language groups to fathom – in English language society – the topics of sex, religion and politics, were not considered appropriate for social conversing: “There are three things you never talk about…” my mother told me.

Also, “social grooming & etiquette” had men and women, or ‘gentlemen and ladies’ given advice of topics of conversation to learn, for society.  For example, a young woman undertaking ‘social grooming  advancement’, may learn a conversation topic such as flower arranging.

Thanks to the above language control measures, speaking had all but been disconnected from any idea of creating a reality for a human existence…;)

My mother’s social life was practically non-existent, had always been limited, and her life very structured and rigid. Her own creativity was severely and chronically stifled.

By contrast my father would take me as a baby to meet with his Hungarian friend.   Conversation would roll, and was like a lullaby to me, and when he wasn’t speaking his home language or singing, he was whistling while he worked.;)

My mother struggled with her vocabulary.  Her conversation – and that is using the term generously;) – was limited to retelling of events in a listed way, retelling of a simple ‘story’, criticizing, and using learned abusive words.  Some of these, most likely she had said to her as a child, and others were clearly military words and orders.

She absolutely was not able to use language to create her reality as she went along in a day, instead using a learned script, that she needed to fit to suit a circumstance.  This is very common of the habit of the English language in England even today.

Later in adulthood she learned to use the word ‘apparently’ and I noticed that it gave her more to do with a sentence.;)

Sure we are a breed, and we contain the biochemistry from our physical parents, and some may be more generous in ‘the matter’ than others, but we can use what we have and make it more so.

I was told a joke in Edinburgh one year when I was there for the Edinburgh Festival:

What do you call someone who knows many languages?  Multilingual.

What do you call someone who knows a couple of languages?  

What do you call someone who only knows one language?  English! 

I added immediately, due to my familiarity with the shortening/making casual, habit of my birthplace…:

What do you call someone who knows less than one language?  Australian!;)

LOVE your home language, and love your language ability!

If you need to learn English, do so as another language, you are human after all, so no need to make less of yourself when you can be more!  : )

What irks you most is where you are ripest for growth!

Have you ever had a thought that keeps coming to you, that you do not put there? 

Have you ever had something surprising enter your thought space, that has nothing to do with what you are doing?

Have you ever had a very upsetting memory enter your thought space after a period of fun, joy or sexual release?

I am guessing you are aware of this occurring, in what would be the space between the thoughts of your own choosing.

What is fabulous about the human body – one of a multitude – is the automatic tendency toward healing and these thoughts are coming to you with this purpose.  

You are ready to deal with the issue related to the thoughts, to process through and feel the feelings, in order that they are then released from your body and being.  As you are a continuing flow and movement of energy, as soon as there is opportunity for further release and growth within you, this happens automatically.  

Take some contemplative time to ask yourself what you need to learn from the thought. 

1. What is it telling you.  What are you telling you? 

2.What message does it bring?  

3.What action is required to be taken?      

4. Is there anything else you need to know from it? 

                 Then that’s it!  Be done with it!  Over! Gone!

It is as though you are a vessel with an opening to release what it is that does not serve you any more, feelings that you once had, aggravation that you once experienced.  It rises to the top of this vessel in order that it may spill over the side, just coming to your awareness when it reaches the top, so that you may facilitate its efficient removal. 

It comes and it comes, and greater joy may allow more of it.  When it is stuck or unexpressed for too long we are ‘depressed’.  It is a life long responsibility for us to maintain ourselves in energetic health, just as we know we will be sick if we stop excreting from our physical vessel, our digestive tract. 

Waste product = what doesn’t serve us anymore and would benefit us to leave = human waste as feces = human waste as old stuck emotion.

Our energetic presence has been misunderstood and unrecognized historically, as it was not able to be observed with the human eye.  Fortunately there are wondrous techniques available now to assist the removal of this energy (also correctly named: stuck emotion, hurtful feeling, nasty association, emotional pain or agony).  

Tapping or Emotional Freeing Techniques work at physically stimulating energy points, sound releasing is a fave of mine, where you release the sound of your energy on the exhale of your breath and there is just venturing into it, allowing yourself to feel it through.  Give yourself a time limit, then a reward!    You can come back to it at any time.   You are then being the manager/mistress of your cells as you are meant to be.

Sexual energy use and the pleasure that creates vibrating throughout the body is an exceptional means to dislodge stuck energies, and quite the purpose!  I dedicate entire blogs to this, as there is so much more that needs to be shared regarding our sexuality.   

For me, I just allow time to do my energetic ‘housekeeping’ and auric cleaning.   At the moment I am needing to allow to leave me, energy from being pushed down stairs countless times as a child.  There was at no time that I was able to release this from me before, or at the time I was living in such danger, and it is ripe to leave me this week especially. 

 I have never had so many thoughts or memories of all the stair case falling enter my thought space before!   All it takes is for me to lower my head a distance, and my cellular memory is providing me with the association, when I was in that position, of what I needed to do quickly as I prepared myself to fall.   I am very pleased to be able to release it now.  I understand completely that my being is able to allow this to leave me now.

I have become very familiar with the process, I do not have any judgement of it as it leaves me, and I look forward to how I feel afterward.  I can feel an internal lightening, and I can feel joy take the place of the eager to be discarded or released, stuck, old, used, irrelevant, hanging about, passe, unwanted, unneeded….get it?;))…energy, in the form of emotion. 

It is not scary.  It is you, or rather, for your instruction. 

It is you wanting you to let it go.  It is you telling you it is strong enough, and completely ready, to do what must be done for it to go.   It is an act of self love, to give yourself the time and energy to release it, so that you can reap the rewards of the stuck energy being gone.   The more you have suffered, the more space inside you have created to receive as joy! x   : )

Building Sand Castles (ii)

Like building sand castles in the sand, some things we just do because it leads to a better life.  No one is going to pay us, promote us, or perhaps even notice, yet we build them because something inside us gives us the idea, and we teach our children to do it still.

I was born into challenging circumstances.  My safety was jeopardized by members of my immediate family on a regular basis, but to all outside appearances it was a respectable and functioning family that routinely visited church at Christmas.

Not permitted to speak, even for the purpose of learning, and told to keep out of sight because I was intolerable to look at, gave me enormous time for self-contemplation, questioning and analysis.

I relied on, and was arguably raised by, a mystery inner guidance, as one helpful suggestion after another entered my thought space. I depended upon this to keep me safe, as I received instructions on when and where to move about the house unharmed.  I came to realize I was not alone at all.

This sense of knowing also came to my rescue when on more than one occasion, a pillow was placed over my face while I was sleeping.  I held my breath for the longest time and kept very still, as I had trained myself to do in early infant school.  While other children were playing, I was obediently holding my breath for as long as I could, all day, every day, stretching out how long I could last.

I could not see behind closed doors – I only saw them – but my invisible mystery guidance obviously could.

I had given myself to God “if there was one” , with all the soul and intent of  a desperate toddler. Meditation, or the light I found behind my eyes became my place of comfort.  Time spent behind my eyes and in nature was my greatest source of safety and strength.

In adulthood, a terrible head-on road accident, killed the driver, and left me unconscious and in critical condition.  It required many hours just to cut me from the crushed vehicle, before I was flown to an intensive care unit.  Many simply wrote me off from having any type of quality future life.

Again, I relied on my default way of being, consulting my inner help, and I was guided step by step through a long and complicated process of recovery.

From my wheelchair, the Universe had me spy the dog of my childhood dreams in a pet shop window.  I found her impossible to resist, and my spirit was already running with her.  Physically it took me longer, progressing to crutches, then to walking sticks, then one walking stick, and then how we sprinted together!   These days I even enjoy circus trapeze workshops and dance.

Following another near death experience, (as refining of priorities as they certainly are!), I gained the insight to change myself, to not attract any more of them.  Suffering had been my familiarity to this point, where I felt the most “at home” and I was just attracting more of it.  Lawsuits for personal damages were also not my number one career choice!

What I have learned from my life experiences has been invaluable and I would not want to change the access to knowledge it has given me for anything in the world.  For me, that would be like turning off the light and returning to darkness.

To be human is to create, and ultimately we become the person we choose to be and who we work towards creating.  It is when our thoughts, words, actions, and behavior’s are all aligned that life becomes easier.  Way easier!

We, in human form, are the master/mistress, manager, and caretaker of all our cells, our thoughts, and our feelings.  Here is where we do the best job we can at being the best us, with the knowledge that we have, and within the parameters of 21st century planet earth, while creating the future.

Thoughts

No one can visit you if you do not offer them a chair or a place to park their car.  Well, the same applies for allowing you to express your full spiritual presence.  Spirit world is thought world, and it only needs a space to be heard.

Notice all that you can do daily without using your mind.  Things such as seeing, listening, tasting, smelling, and feeling.  Note that you actually turn the mind on the moment you attempt to access information.  It is the “foyer” equivalent to our memory files and elsewhere, to use or not to use.  Feel confident to pick the thoughts that best suit your life at the time.  Worry is simply an undisciplined thought that is recurring.

No time spent finding a space between thoughts is wasted, and makes all thinking easier and more succinct.  rewards are experienced long before you are able to hold that space for any time.

The space we create becomes our lifeline to ethereal dimensions and our easy access route to our spirit guidance.  Once we achieve this entryway, we can then trust that we will know what we need to know, when we need to know it.

Words

When we give sound to a thought, we activate its creative potential bringing it into reality.  Having a thought is one thing, putting your sound to it magnifies it exponentially and brings it out ‘virally.’

Feel confident to choose your words carefully against the tide of people chatting and verbalizing every thought.  Minimizing your words, maximizes their creative potential.

Your “I am ” statements are your most creative building blocks.  Avoid staying in the common habit of question and answer, as we do not creat when we direct another’s consciousness around.  Aim instead on the habit of restful sharing of what comes to mind from another’s sharing.

An Affirmation is a carefully chosen series of words than when spoken aloud, combine your intent, with your essence and your soul.  Feel it is so, and believe.  For example:

“Today I am the strongest creator of success, health, and happiness for myself that I have ever been.”

The “Universal Absolutes” Requirements for Success

1. Truth.

Exist in a state of Truth, or “Adherence to what is”.  How can those in other dimensions assist you if they cannot rely on you?

2. Good Intent.

Hold a good intent for all.  A love for self and others that is uncompromising.

3. Gratitude.

Be in a state of gratitude.  This automatically fast tracks us for ease of access to higher dimensions be raising our vibration.

Follow these three = ask, receive, with guarantee!

After many years of following this formula, I calculated that intent accounts for 30% of the work, providing you with opportunity, another 30%, and then the physical doing is actually only 40% of effort.  This achieves ‘maximum effect with minimal effort’ and life just makes sense as synchronicites occur around you.

While there is much fascination for what comes before and after life, here on earth is the only place we run, jump, leap, taste, touch, and feel!

Here is our playground, and as with any game there are rules.

So what is worry?

Worry is simply an undisciplined thought process.  When thoughts had become undisciplined in enough people, when ‘how to’ control thinking had been neglected to be taught in enough people, there was a cause for a new term to be invented.  A new word, and a new concept, to make believe we all new everything about what was going on, and  “worry” was born.

All it is, is a thought that is recurring.

To cease worrying, it is important to:

a)  discern between a concern and ‘worry’.   Begin to recognise when a thought, is also a ‘concern’.  A thought is still a thought no matter how it causes you to feel, or what messages it brings you, ie happy thought, pleasant thought, troublesome thought.

A  ‘concerning’ thought =  a thought that requires an action that may be unpleasant, or that may have an unpleasant consequence if the action is not carried out.  Or a thought that does not feel good, whether you know why that is, or not yet.  (How to analyse feelings to bring forth thoughts, to lead to actions, which serve to remove a troublesome feeling, will be covered in a later post.)

b) Consult your thoughts in time of your choosing.  Just deciding to do this kickstarts your subconscious and makes the Universe aware of your intent.  Set aside a time each day for ‘careful contemplative thinking time’.  I tend to do this in the morning, consulting with myself the actions of the day ahead, and asking if there is anything that needs to be brought to my attention.  It speeds up and changes as you get more proficient in it, and are then able to concurrently manage – or read –  feelings, til they themselves give you a thought, allowing them to disappear.

I allow time again later in the evening, when I hold a space for aspects of my Self to assess the day, and ask again if there is anything that needs to be brought to my attention.   Rest assured that you will know, what it is that you need to know, when you are able to hold a thoughtless space.  There is nothing that is going to jump up and get you unawares;))

c)  eliminate the word ‘ worry’ from your vocabulary, your knowledge is greater now.  When you are able to control your thoughts, it is very easy to stop worrying as there just is no place for it.  There simply is no context for it.  It becomes a completely ridiculous and pointless activity.   A self defeating ignorant concept.(ignorance;without knowledge)

d) recognize that you need to start the process of this Self Mastery of thought control, and consultation/asking yourself within, for it to begin to work.   It does not show itself to you before, there is nothing holding up a sign or waving at you to begin.;)   It takes an act of your Self to want to start, and I assure you it is waiting for it to happen, and will meet you in your efforts! : )  Baby steps to begin with, is the sure way of success!

e) during time for contemplative thinking time, i) allow for thoughts to present themselves, ii)consciously decide what action you will take on this thought iii) drop it/let it go/move to the next thought/ask for the next thought, that is the next most important thought to come to you.  In the beginning you may feel like someone pretending to conduct an orchestra for the first time, but it will all fall into place.   It is your holding of  the intent, and the  knowing, that it’s going to work, that will make it work.

Recognize that thought control takes time. It takes practise at getting to know your Self and your individual abilities and ways of working.  It takes a usage of the word ‘faith’ in it’s truest sense; a knowing that something will occur….and it will : )

“Don’t worry be happy”  ” Pack up your troubles in your old kit bag and smile, smile, smile…”

Certainly happiness is a choice.  To stop the invention concept called ‘worrying’ is also only a choice!  To your self mastery..!!

Building Sand Castles

I was pushed downstairs, punched, had rubberbands fired at me, was tormented endlessly, tortured, called “god ugly worthless child” and considered too ugly to be alive.

Not permitted to speak, even for the purpose of learning how, and told to keep out of sight because I was intolerable to look at, gave me enormous time for self contemplation, questioning and analysis.

I relied on – and was arguably raised by – a mystery inner guidance, as one helpful sugestion after another entered my thought space.  I depended upon this guidance to keep me safe, as I received instructions on when and where to move about the house unharmed.  I came to realize I was not alone at all.

The effortlessness of achievements requires our intent and goals to keep going, as though there is limitless possiblity…  And there is.

This way life just makes sense, synchronicites occur, and finding meaning in what happens around us , makes even more sense.
