Laugh And The World Laughs With You? :-)

More and more often when I laugh in public I hear someone say looking around “What’s funny?”

But laughter comes from inside us, and happy moments come from within.

Our laughter is dependent upon us, upon our interpretation and our receptivity to joy.  Each of these is dependent in turn,  on how much we keep ourselves a free channel, clear of old energetic debris that weighs us down.

The more healed we are of old issues, the lighter our vibe and the greater our ease at laughter.

The more pain and suffering we hold and release, the bigger our container for joy becomes.

And all suffering currently on this planet, if manoeuvred wisely, is enormous joy in the waiting. 🙂

On Just Being…I take up the challenge to define it!

  • 1.Just ‘Being’ defined.
  • 2.What is being in a thoughtless space.
  • 3.What else happens when there are no thoughts
  • 4. Why just Being is a goal we want to achieve as Humans

I am taking words maestro Mr Joel Roberts up on his  challenge!  At his seminar ‘The Language Of Impact’ in Los Angeles last February,  he said that ‘Being’ was beyond description.  It is a place I know well, since beginning to seek safety in the higher realms of consciousness as a small child, when the only place I had to run away to, was as far as I could get behind my eyes.

One example of this is when my older brother would come into my bedroom at night.  He was encouraged to hurt me , actually to attempt to kill me, so it would look like a home accident , at my mother’s ‘order’.  She had an escape route this way and was a firm believer in the old British teachings “people have children to do their dirty work”.  She wanted me removed from the picture, and this way she would not be held responsible.

My brother grew frustrated, as what he did to me only injured me, gave me scars and gave him a feeling of inadequacy.  I could sense his annoyance and I did my best to avoid him at all times.

I could not get away when he visited me in bed however, and he would step up onto it, so he was standing on top of me.  He would pin me down with his shoes and hold a foot up over me, then stamp around me, threatening to stamp on my body and head, moving his foot to just miss me and hit the bedclothes.

This is one example of when I would go as far, and as fast, behind my eyes as I could.  There was no other place to go, as my body was being restricted and controlled.

Joel Roberts is a former prime time talk show host on KABC Radio, Los Angeles.  Today, Joel is president of his own media and communications consulting firm, in L.A and New York.

‘Being’ is a feeling state, and a higher, more evolved state, than just thinking.  To achieve a  ‘feeling state’, requires a controlled cease, of thought activity, or what I call the thought ‘conveyor belt’.

It is our efficiency of design that sees to it, that thoughts flow along what I call the ‘corridor’ or ‘conveyor-belt’ behind our ‘mind foyer’.  These thoughts are given us, by our subconscious, and are thoughts that connect/attach/associate with, everything, that we experience in any given moment from all of our senses and abilities.

In my Self Mastery course structure, “Human Being Essentials”, I have Thought Mastery at semester 1, with Feeling Mastery at semester 2 or beyond, to demonstrate the higher level and governing influence, of the power of feeling energy.

‘Being’ is a superior, specialized, advanced, higher, more evolved, state, than thinking or doing. It is the ability to hold a state of a feeling regardless of what goes on around you, it is a non-reactionary constant state.  For example:

I can just Be love and restfulness or

Be blissful contentment or

Be pure raw sexual energy or

Be peacefulness or

Be radiant love or

Be Creative energy or

Be righteous guidance or

Be loving compassion or

Be healing sound or

Be Woman energy or

Be Divine light or

Be vital enthusiasm or

Be contagious fun and joy and so on.

When we can hold a thoughtless space, we allow for what else is available to us as Human Beings.

What then happens, is information arrives inside us, without us putting it there.  Without us needing to access it from our memory, our thought space or anywhere else.  We do not need to think it, imagine it, dream it or otherwise.

Information – or an idea – ‘comes to us’.  The words ‘come to mind’ may be used here, and you may have already experienced this happen.

It may be an amusing thought – our spirit guidance loves it when we laugh.

It may be the answer to something you already wanted to know.

It may operate like a commentary, where you get data that corresponds with what your eyes scan.

It may be the answer to a life drama, where you are ‘guided’ – given the idea – of the next moves you need to make for your life.

You may receive this information as thoughts that are similar to ones you create, or you may see it visually as though you are watching a DVD.  It may come to you in a way that is unique to you.

In this space you can trust that you will know what you need to know when you need to know it.  This is the “faith” that is referred to in the Bible and similar of any known religious ‘Faith’.

In this disciplined thoughtless space there is no need at all, to be thinking about anything.

The fantastic consequence of achieving this ability, is Life is magnified exponentially in this state.  Every bit of energy that you usually put into thinking goes into receipt of life.

Every sense is magnified to the extent that you cannot believe, believe me.;)

The universe rewards us with an increase in sensitivity.  ESP or extra-sensory perception, also known as being psychic, is only a natural consequence of spending time in your higher levels of consciousness.

As time goes on, life just gets better and better and makes more and more sense.

I could spend hours absorbing just what my eyes take in, when I look at a tree, the depth of colour, the zoom ability, it is absolutely incredible, and all because I am not thinking.

Sexual pleasure takes on whole new height of ecstasy, as we are able to be fully present in this activity – ‘Being Present’ is just being another way of saying ‘Being Conscious’ or ‘holding a thoughtless space’.  Tantra is just another way of  saying ‘Living Consciously’ but it is for sex that it is more widely associated.

No time spent holding – or attempting to hold – a thoughtless space, is wasted as  rewards being to occur straight away.  The first of which is thinking is actually easier and sharper, and we tend to notice an increase in our senses as time goes on.

These rewards continue to build and increase until we leave the earth.

It is simply Human to master your thoughts.

Begin with noticing them.  Bring an awareness of them to your consciousness.  Have the intent to begin to notice them.

Notice when they first arrive, do you have a pattern to them?  What thought do you get when?  Are they ‘ad hoc’, appearing to you ‘willy nilly’, or are they associated with what you are looking at?

And very importantly, notice the space between the thoughts.   There is one, no matter how small or inconsequential at first, and this is an essential part of Thought Mastery.

You are alive now….but being able to just Be…is Being  A.L.I.V.E !!!!   : )

So Feelings Are Energy?

Life is easiest when seen as a giving, receiving and sharing of energy.

If we live where lies are told to us, and given no life guidance in which we can trust, it is in such conditions, that we are able to develop means – from our own creativity – to learn of, and satisfy our own real needs.

It is easier, to learn of real human needs this way, from human wants and human desires.

This was my situation.  I learned that the only ‘control’ or ‘constant’ that I could trust, was to rely upon my own feelings for safety and for guidance, as I went about each day.  It was an easy realization for me to make, as simple as a) did it work for me and help me thrive?  Or b) did it harm me further?

What were these things known as ‘feelings’, I wondered as a small child.

It is true that feelings are energy, that emotion is e-motion or energy in motion.

They were not considered important at all in Britain as the time.  To “grin and bear something” were instructions from my mother, as though feelings were a trivial, non consequential aspect of us.

Quite the contrary is true, however, and they are information – or communication – for us, specifically to notice, read, learn or make decisions from.  Ignoring feelings will result in us becoming unwell.

I like to repeat for readers the decision made in Victorian times, for economic growth, that “nothing exists unless there was a tool by which it could be measured”, as a reason for why feelings could so easily be ignored.

What was unseen in Victorian times, was to remain unseen for a very long time. It is only relatively recently that such tools that can observe subtle or inner energies and auras have been developed.

It turns out that we reside inside our emotional body.   Our emotional body is part of our aura.  Our aura is the complete totality of us; where our unseen energy reaches to;  the energy our physical body is contained within.

‘Feelings’ of the e-motion kind are not the same as messages given by nerve receptors to a specific point in the body, such as provided by neuron pathways.  It is just a vocabulary inefficiency that makes this a little unclear for us, to use the word ‘feeling’ rather than ‘sensing from a receptor’. I find I refer to these as ‘sensations’.

Feeling love, receiving love, and giving love.  That really is the mark of our achievements.  How well do we do those?  Which one do we do less well?  Use that as a guide to know what more to work on, to bring more joy to you.  To be here in the 3rd dimension – the physical – in the love/vibrational state of our source…that really what it is all about.

Bringing a state of heaven to earth is written and spoken of in churches and gospels, but the above statement is what it really means.  The first time I came across the word ‘joy’ even was in a church song ( I loved to sing in them at our Christmas visits)   I had no idea what joy meant, I thought it was just a church word.;)

It is our responsibility to bring joy to the earth – it is not going to happen while we sit around and wait for it.   And those of us who have suffered the most, can contain the most joy.  How perfect that is.

I wondered why I felt so terrible when I was in close proximity to my own mother.  I became nauseous suddenly a few times, just from passing her in the hallway.  I became more interested in what I had heard referred to as ‘bad vibes’ and wondered what the cause of them could be.

The family home also had an energy or feeling to it that I could not relax in.  I could relate to the wording that I ‘could cut the energy with a knife” that was around my mother, and that filled most of the house.

Ride the waves, feel happiness and delight or ecstasy, from whatever natural source, then expect any grief and anger feelings that may arise, as they leave you.  Welcome them, and welcome them leaving you.  It is simply the Law Of Energetics at work,  it is the efficiency or our design, bringing healing to us without conscious effort! : )

It is how we feel that matters, not so much what is actually happening.  Keeping myself in as joyful and relaxed state of being as I could, absolutely ensured my body heal well, after receiving many injuries in a car accident.  My cells were being newly formed, and I wanted them to be as well as possible, so I gave them as pleasant an enviroment to be formed in, myself!   Music is fantastic for this, as it can maintain our emotional state

Human health will continue to detereorate on a global scale without official recognition of the significance of our emotional wellbeing – the way we feel – to our physical framework, and the world we create around us.

Choose something today to do for yourself, our of loving kindness.  No other reason is required. : )

What’s the point of Christmas? (or be it a ‘culturally different’ equivalent!)

The Point Of The Celebration Called Christmas Is To FEEL GRATITUDE.

Different cultures and faiths may have another story or dreaming or tradition or myth, but the point is the same.  Human Beings gathered together to maximise an energetic vibration that is of benefit to all on earth.  There is absolutely nothing negative about cultivating masses of this frequency.

At its simplest, it is a celebration to join us together in the vibration that raises us the most.

Gratitude is the single most important feeling to raise us, for ease of passage of our consciousness, through the ether.

Feeling gratitude is the way we can most easily connect with our spirit guides, or anyone beyond the earth plane/3rd dimension.

So we have it in this century, in Christian tradition, that people give one another gifts, that they place under a decorated tree.  The gift giving is simply to ensure the vibrational frequency of gratitude or thankfulness is reached.  When we join together to feel something we increase and hold more securely its existence.

The decoration of the tree, is simply to create a sacred space by way of ‘ritual’.  Taking conscious effort to create a space, makes something more powerful in meaning, more powerful in its receptivity, and its strength.  A magnification or reinforcing of intent is achieved.

Intent is a very key aspect of much that we do.  Some have said ‘intent is everything’ but I calculate to be at least 40%, with the rest just made up of being there and doing something physical to bring it about.

When we make a space sacred, we put conscious thought there, we put energy there.  The more activities we need to do to ‘prepare’ the space, the stronger the ‘spell’ will be – the stronger our foundational ‘force’ so to speak, as we send it into the ether for creative purposes.

Trees to decorate, napkins, special this, special that, things brought out only for such rituals, incense, feasts, coloured lights, special music ALL to hold an energetic space and for no other reason.

It is irrelevant, what the story behind the creation of the feeling is.  The relevance is in the creation of the feeling.  It matters not at all, what you are celebrating.

As we have historically been separated by seas and languages, it stands to reason that we have different stories.  Some of the stories have intertwined, as travels and invasions and wars have been fought, but it is still  the same vibrational need we are serving, and honouring, and just as we should as good Human Beings!

My pondering on the meaning of Christmas began at a very young age.

My mother would stand, ordering the placement of everything, to be exactly where she dictated.  Everything had to look ‘perfect’ to her.  She gave orders in very loud and mean toned voice and there were so many rules.

This was repeated every year.  There was not allowed to be, any variation, from what she saw ‘intellectually’ or with her mind’s eye.  She insisted she knew what it ‘should’ look like, even when others had contributed to it.

The decorations – the most gorgeous decorations I have seen –  only created a stressful association, as she stood over whoever placed them on the tree.  Orders had to be followed.  She commanded not just where, but even how to position them on the tree, with tinsel strands being counted, so you only had two in your hand at any one time.

She literally removed any feeling of joy that had motivated me to be near the tree, or in the sacred space.  It felt awful to be a part of the Christmas preparation under my mother’s regime.  And yes, the tree would end up looking splendid, but at what cost?

The area was barren of joy – even more so than the rest of the house.   It was an area of low vibration, of fear and of negative associations, and there existed the danger of being reprimanded again in some way.  Fear is the absence of love, and the most negative vibrational state we can ‘achieve’.

Our tree also had to remain ‘perfect’ to my mother’s eyes the entire time it was up, and be taken down in the same regimented style.  I longed to experience a gathering of joy, and I am so grateful I was able to experience this with another family.  who I boarded with in my late teens, after a friend’s mother arranged an alternative for me with her neighbours.

Christmas was my favourite time of year as I so enjoyed giving.  However, I was becoming increasing disturbed by how I was caused to feel when it involved giving to my own family.  A little girl can only do her very best for so long, at planning and thinking up gifts, doing what she feels she is supposed to do, if it always resulted in disappointment and lowering of her vibration/removal of joy/sad feelings.

There came a time when I felt the need to stop giving my mother gifts, for my own wellbeing, and as I felt responsible for the part I was playing in her ill-health.  I felt that my going along with her performance each Christmas, was condoning it, and was playing a part/participating, in its creation.

I considered that if I stopped giving her gifts it may cause her to consider a different behaviour, that it would encourage a different behaviour.  I hoped that she would be given cause to reflect,  to heal, and that it would be seen as a consequence of her actions.  It certainly was not doing me any good to be treated in such a manner consistently, and my inner guidance led me to create my own healing options.

I tried all manner of different ideas and things, over many years, for many of my mother’s behaviours.  None with any results that improved the quality of either of our lives, and I had no other alternative but to part ways.

Deprivation is a fabulous teacher, as we get smack in the face, the reasons for things!  It is precisely my deprivation of joy, at times such as Christmas, that ensured that I experienced how relevant it is.  It is in my deprivation of feeling any gratitude or thankfulness directed toward me at Christmas, that enabled me to feel how wrong that was.

Gratitude.  That is what it is all about!  We can feel gratitude that Human Beings of other faiths/cultures/language groups are doing their bit, in their own style, to raise the vibration on earth.

Arguing over whose ‘story’ is better than anyone else’s, that brings about the joy, and still remnant while misunderstandings remain, is actually ridiculous, and caused from ignorance (without knowledge).

Survival against fear fulled ideas, viewed with full focusof what was infront, instead of also involving the larger picture, is the reason that judging one another’s beliefs for superiority began.  I am extremely sensitive to any misfortune caused from righteously and honourably serving one’s beliefs, that may have led to honourable injury or even death.

It is only a bigger perspective that is missing, and actually traditionally it was woman who had the role in this, and why there is movement happening across the globe to bring about a balance, with each of us able to contribute our specialties!

Why we celebrate for joy is universal – bigger even than humans! – and to be arguing over what story, and whom, is also an embarrassment when viewed with a galactic perspective! : )

Blessings to one and all.  Celebrate.  Dance. Sing.  But most important feel gratitude!  For life, the sun, the grass, the birds, the air, each other…

It is not about what you are eating or what you are wearing.  It is not about anything involving any inventions of ours.  It is about core human feelings, and we all have those!!! : )

Make Christmas an entire GRATITUDE DAY, if you can’t for twelve days!!  : )

What happens when we cry? / What’s crying about?

  • why humans cry
  • how it occurs
  • how I know

My father left me in the ‘crying room’ of a British childcare facility, saying to me in a voice with a strong Hungarian accent, and a gentle tone “do not cry my darling girl or I will cry”.

I was left on a low wooden frame bed, maybe half a foot from the floor, that just had hessian stretched over it.   They were lined up in rows, and the window had more hessian cloth over it to keep the room dark.  There was nothing else in it.

There was nothing else to do except to lie on the bed and cry.  The door was ajar and you were only able to leave if you would not cry.  If you ‘wanted’ to cry you had to return to the room.  I can recall feeling good about myself when I hadn’t needed to return to it for a while.

Some of us were very small.  So small, that we had to also wash and dry our knees from crawling, in addition to our hands, before we got a meal.  I can recall my parents arguing over my placement there, and it ending with my mother’s instruction to my father in a harsh, ordering, conclusive tone, “she will get used to it. ”

The purpose of our tears are to cool the face, keep our internal temperature down, diffuse our energy and to protect precious organs from overheating/over stressing.   Internal energy rises in us, in order to leave us via expression from our mouths.  Our chi/ki/prana/subtle or inner energy carries with it, the frequencies of our distressful feeling.

When energy is strong enough/’loaded’/ ‘heated’/’emotive’,  as to rise quickly or forcefully into our head, our body’s reaction is to protect our precious head extremity from over heating, or becoming over laden with energy.

Our head contains our vulnerable eyes and brain, and our design assists in preventing rising temperatures, and in neutralising the effect of energy building up, so the energy is released in the form of sound frequencies that can accompany the tears in the form of ‘sobbing’.

How perfect that our energy at its most intense, needs to pass through a fixture that has available to it, fluid to keep the eyes clean.  This fluid – contained in ‘tear ducts’, are our eyes’ first defence against foreign particles that may come into contact with the outer eye.  We naturally weep and the foreign particle is carried out from obstructing our view, to a corner of our eye for easier removal, if not flushed from the eye completely.

These tear-ducts serve a dual purpose and are activated when we need to release energy at the intensity that may be problematic for any of the rest of our being/body/self.   Our breathing can get heaved, we can get discomfort in our diaphragm, we can get aching  jaws or a headache from a frowned forehead. It is important that we have a way or protect our eyes and by crying we also assist energetic release from us, to cool down what we exacerbate from our moving energy.

The sound that we release when we cry, is in itself, is a vital release of energy that we no longer need, or want to contain, within our being. Screaming and laughing are included in this and I go into these in another writing.  The heaving, or spasming that happens over our rib-cage, enables stuck grief from past hurts to dislodge and to join the rest of the grief energy as it is released form you.

My experiences with crying continued as I was encouraged by my mother to do more of it.  “Go to your room and have a good cry about it”  she would say with a disturbing smile.   Or “go and have a good blubber about it”,  blubber being a derogatory English word referring to crying that I had heard my grandfather use before her.

I grew to enjoy my crying time – well, it’s all relative isn’t it;)- or at least the way I felt when I did it.  It was the only time I felt creatively free to express myself completely.  There was no one standing over me ordering me how to do it, what position to be in, or how to sound.  There was no one berating me for not being able to it “right” or “normally”, or “as was ordered”.   This was extremely refreshing for me.

It was the time I felt the most relaxed in the family home.  I was usually left undisturbed, so felt safer then, and what had happened to cause my crying usually meant I was going to be unhurt for while.  It was now up to me to make myself feel better.  And, this is precisely what crying enables us.  It also allows us to shape our emotional body, which in turn affects our receptivity, and our reaction to, our surroundings.

Some countries have always accepted emotional expression as a natural part of being us.  Wailing or loud grief sounds are expected in some cultures and language groups, to mourn a passing of  a loved one for example.

It has been traditionally a very English habit to keep “stiff upper lip” or not to express what we are naturally feeling.  Non recognition of our feelings is an enormous contributing cause of our global health crisis, and the English speaking population was notoriously very unhealthy historically.

It became very ‘proper’ in the English speaking world at one time, to not resemble anything natural, and to ‘behave in appropriate particular predetermined ways’ rather than to react naturally to something.   This was refered to as ‘good manners’ and ‘to show good breeding’, also ‘gentleman’ and ‘lady’ behaviour.

Being polite and courteous is one thing, and these are a natural part of showing respect, that is a quintessentially human need, but to contort natural behaviours so that they are set or rehearsed, and disconnected from any present stimuli, is ridiculous to say the least!

As I became skilled at crying, screaming it out, allowing as much frustration and pain to leave in every heave, in time, even my crying was taken from me, with a mean toned order to “stop your crying….the neighbours will hear you.”

Not being allowed to cry, then led to ‘depression’ or a feeling of complete disconnected numbness, as I literally became smothered or had all my vitality suffocated, by my own unexpressed ‘suffering’ energy.  Crying is a natural and healthy human reaction to stimuli, and we have no reason to feel uncomfortable if we understand it’s benefits and purpose.

I had discovered that sometimes sounds would just want to come out without tears when I was crying, sounds that I was not consciously shaping or ‘making’, but were just coming out of me.  Sounds that I did not even know was possible to make.

I was not allowed to make these either after a while and would receive a “Stop that noise, what’s wrong with you now child?  But I had experienced them, as a completely natural, spontaneous event.

I gave a sound healing demonstration at the Woodford Folk Festival, Sunshine Coast Hinterland, Australia, and in Inspiral Lounge, Camden Town, London, and for each of these times I went into detail specifically how my experiences of crying, had led to my knowledge of sound release.   And particularly of the benefits of allowing whatever sounds to leave us, that need to at the time, without any judgement of ours imposed upon them or our release process.

When we cry, we do not usually monitor ourselves critically like we may do when we sing or speak – so it really can be the only time we allow unconscious control of sound to emerge from us.  I doubt there has been a time when you have gone “Oh…that wasn’t a very good sounding cry!”   We tend to ‘let go’ and to allow whatever sound, that wants to come out of us, to come.  This is also precisely the sound that needs to leave us to bring about the most healing!

If only we would ‘let go’ more, in all aspects of life!

Stimuli, response.  Stimuli, response.  Stimuli, response.

Trust that your being gives you the response that you require for energetic maintenance.

We, as human beings, are a naturally occurring organism, with natural needs.

Stimuli, cry.  Stimuli, laugh.  Stimuli, make love.  Stimuli, response. : )

I Think Therefore I Am? No.

  • correction of an historical human error that holds us back.

I feel,  I think,  I speak,  I create, therefore I am.

This is actually far more accurate, than the original ‘I think therefore I am’ if we must condense us down to one sentence at all.;)

So much has been based upon the ‘”I think” therefore I am’ claim,  for me to comment on its correction.

I feel.  We had it only partly right.  It is our feelings – or emotional body – that governs our thought process. We feel first, and what we are feeling, will largely – if not solely – determine what we are going to think of.

I speak.  For me, it was my not producing a sound, that made my mother feel more comfortable with my existence.  It was when I began to make sounds that were starting to be speech, that she made plans for my demise.  For me to speak, made me undeniably exist.

Our sound is our very life essence, and our greatest creative tool.  Our voice is our soul and our life force carried on our breath, as it passes through the unique instrument that we are.  The internals of our face and skull, I liken to the inside of a shell that we can blow into on the beach.

I create.  ‘To be Human is to create’ absolutely.  We do our creating from our feelings, and our feelings determine what we will think of creating.  We create our lives with our speech from our word choice and speech habit.  We create our world around us from our opposable thumb ability enabling us dexterity and productivity with our hands.

We create our world around us, according to how we feel.  It is not what happens to us, but how we feel about it, that will be the determiner on everything that we do.  How we are able to manage our feelings will be the determiner of life events and life on earth. : )

Holding Bad Feelings That Are Spoiling Your Enjoyment Of Life? Tips To Let Them Go!

  • managing our feelings
  • how and why our feelings affect us
  • what we can do to improve how we feel

Some folk wear bad feelings like they are their favourite coat;)  Or have them held tightly around them constantly like a doona/duvet so they are unable to freshly enjoy anything….

Hey I love this “get the attitude of gratitude!” or “the gratitude attitude!”  I saw the two words together on a video and I had never noticed how similar they are.  I think we can really popularize that – sounds kinda cool!   Or just “the attitude;)” when folk ‘get it”;)

Joy and gratitude are our natural state.  It is completely irrelevant how much healing we still feel we need to do, at any stage of our life, by however horrific an incident!

We are not the same thing as our feelings at all, yet too many of us are holding a bad feeling around ourselves like it is our doona/duvet, or wearing it everywhere like our favourite clothing.  Why?  No one has explained feeling management most likely.

People only ‘have problems’ because they are carrying them around with them the whole time.  We don’t need to do this.  We can leave them at home/the office/the garage til we’ve dealt with them, can’t we?

Feelings are ours to give us information.  What am I feeling at this time?  Oh ok.  What do I need to do?  Right. Thanks.

Then, let it go.  Returning to a gratitude state, where joy, wonder and delight are easy to experience.  Where sparking an interest in something is not a chore, but a regularly occurring occasion.

Our feelings reside as part of our energy being – in one of the outer energetic fields that surround our physical body.  When you are done ‘reading’ the feeling that is uppermost for you at that time, visualize it returning to an outer state of you, perhaps a couple of metres outside of you.

It will sit in an invisible cloud on all sides of you, until it does not need to give you any further information, or until you clear it, if it holds for you unresolved  issues.  It is called our ’emotional body’.

It is completely separate from you.  It is for you.   You are its manager/mistress.  You do not need to be in consultation with it continuously.  Your job is to keep yourself in a self loving state of health and happiness.

Balance between joyful episodes, achievement episodes, and time spent reading feelings and thoughts will do this.To spend all your time with your feelings, has you neglect other areas of self.

As joy is our natural state, and as the universe does not do ‘spaces’ , it is guaranteed that any bad, miserable, depressive, hurt, or fearful feelings you had stuck, will be replaced with joy/light!  I am able to feel/see it happen.

It is a given.  There is nothing you can do to stop it occurring!   Light will take the place of the dark.  The joy registers universally as white light frequencies, the misery as non light.  Get it?  So doo-oo-oo it!;)        :  )
