How to Heal from Body Scars.

Taking body scar healing to another level entirely!. 😉

Perhaps you have permanent marks left on your body from another, or from an accident or injury of kinds. Perhaps looking at scars on your own body upsets you, gives you unpleasant associations, causes you to feel ashamed and embarrassed. Perhaps these marks on your body remind you repeatedly of a bad experience that you want or need to not think of any more. Sometimes the most challenging times after abuse, is when we are alone and naked, but this is not how it should be or need be.

It is your body. To house you, it is no good if it is working against you, compromising your energy, or causing you to feel anything other than love for any part of it. Time to reclaim it!

  • After full physical healing, have acupuncture or similar energy moving work to clear any blocks.
  • Take any photos as required for any legal consequences.
  • Take part on a Healing form Scar ceremony to fully free your consciousness from this ‘inflicted mark’ and to step into anticipation of what turning you are now taking in life to further strengthen & build your self!
  • You MUST mark it. To reclaim it. ðŸ™‚
  • Tattoo = Healing. Historically tattoos were precisely for this kind of healing as well as others. Originally the reason for tattoos. A tattoo is just am attractive scar of choice!
  • Choose your design – from anywhere, a picture, or symbol – check books & online, or ask yourself in meditation. Tattoo shops always have books of designs available too. Or simply have the lightest parts of your scar coloured to your skin tone, as these days tattoo ink is every colour! For thinner scars perhaps a sacred symbol would suit, check the references as there is seriously a symbol that would resonate with everyone available. The lotus flower is a popular one with good reason as this flower rises from the muck & darkness to blossom as she does so is a fabulous symbol of rising & overcoming anything! I chose mine without any black outline, or any black, and rather as a birthmark in tones that go with my skin. There is every colour palate available now to the artist, it only needs to be a dark enough shade to cover the scar’s own colours.
  • Use tracing paper to get a good outline, that the artist can use as a template. They will redraw it in a dark pen that they press against your skin and use as a stencil/guide for your chosen design.
  • Find a good artist who has work similar to what you are seeking in photos they can show you. Some will not want to tattoo on a scar, many do not know the history but keep asking and you find one. They just need to adjust their strategy, as it is not the perfect canvas for their art anymore. This is a healing tattoo. ðŸ˜‰
  • Maybe you feel apprehensive about entering a tattoo studio/shop, maybe the staff or their piercings frighten you a little. Don’t be! These people are artists, and all the ones I have met are sensitive and gentle souls (though maybe they don’t want everyone to know.;)) They are creative and enjoy doing something different and will think you are very cool doing scar coverage. Not an every day for them at all!
  • Turn the process into a ceremony to maximise the process & to help ease pain. Take ear-buds & music, and ‘see’ any remnant negative associations being erased as the tattoo process progresses. When it is complete, so is your ceremony. Take a deep breath and smile!
  • The artist will provide you with after-care information, how to use a special cream and when to cover it or not.
  • Take care – this is now a beautiful wound….you will enjoy!

I turned areas of my body that upset me every time I saw them, weakened me and compromised my energy, and that I was embarrassed to have anyone see, into works of art that I couldn’t look at enough!

I was inspired by a Goddess book I had seen, that had a picture of a blonde naked goddess with autumn leaves falling on and around her. That was it for me!!! I let myself be led by my feelings and inner knowing. Always a nature lover, and being half English, I had wonderful associations of running & jumping into piles of these leaves as a child, in parks in England. Sycamore trees! I chose autumn leaves of just the size needed to cover the scar. I let the scar choose the shape, size and where on my body I was tattooed.

Leaves come in all sizes, & all shapes. It doesn’t matter if the scar has loose skin or raised parts, as it all adds to the autumn leaf effect! 🙂 I designed tattoos of leaves in varying tones of orange gold, green, brown, red and burgundy.  â¤ðŸ˜‡ðŸ˜Ž  I do now also have Hungarian leaves, to balance me up, ðŸ˜‰ being half Magyar as I am.

I am sure you will find the perfect cover for your scar. I cannot recommend it more strongly. Scars that I have not been able to cover in this way, because of where they are located, have never achieved this level of healing. It is truly the final perfect step!😘

Lover of life, love, joy and music and all that brings clarity to a planet in need. I was born into a living hell, where I was not allowed to speak -even to learn how- and I needed to employ military survival tactics as a toddler just to get around the house unharmed.;) I was forced to figure out life, or I was not going to survive, and I did so with completely unbiased eyes, as I could trust nothing that I was told by family who intended me harm. Figuring out what had caused my mother to not possess any natural maternal instinct, enabled me much insight. I wanted to be the best Human Being I could Be, and I wanted to know how. I ran away at 5 years old, but had no where to go, so I returned in secret, and stuck it out. I lived within her ignorant ways, while secretly studying what life was really all about...I saw my life was only a microcosm of what was happening large scale across the globe, inspiring me to share what I know. : ) Author, Philosopher, Transformative educator, Self Mastery educator, Empath, Healer, Singer & Musician. I am particularly interested in all languages, history, bringing an understanding t,o and mastery of, our feelings and thoughts; helping people attain inner peace to maximize their life experience; healthy sexual expression, development of consciousness, and in so doing, bringing a balance of our true selves operating in harmony on earth. I can provide the answers, my life has given me this. Many Blessings : )
